He tried to tell me my battery had "nothing to do" with my screen... and he expected me to believe that?! I'm 23, I know how phones work. He "fixed" it again, still glitching Feb 5th then the screen broke with no effort over the weekend and he wouldn't repair it after that even though I have literal evidence (I added the picture) of it being broken before. He told me to find someone else. He's using a cheap screen to get you in and get you out and when it *inevitably* cracks again he won't warranty it and claim it's your phone that's the issue. I encouraged my husband to consider corporate stores only; not the authorized retail dealers like this one for a variety of reasons.
