We were on Sprint and just made the migration to T-Mobile. That was a smart move for a smartphone. There were huge incentives for Sprint users making the move to T-Mobile. We were able to compare several cell phones and cell phone plans to find the right fit for us. The best part was the T-Mobile associate that worked with us, Chris. We found him to be super knowledgeable and helpful. The migration was smooth as silk... No issues. As a reality check, changing carriers and upgrading to a new device is somewhat cumbersome and tedious. The process takes almost a full hour. When you arrive at the store you'll probably need to put your name on a waitlist. You can leave and go have a cup of coffee, they'll text you when it's your turn to be served. Be patient, they'll do a terrific job moving your information to your new phone. As a point of reference, I picked up the new iPhone 13 with the T-Mobile Magenta plan. If you're over 55 years of age there are some super aggressive pricing discounts available. In summary, The next day after getting my phone, I received their internal survey in a text message ... and I said I would highly recommend T-Mobile. Salute!
