When I called they said it was an early termination fee. (I was never told about). When I asked why they never called or emailed about a balance due... they had BOTH my email and phone number wrong. Please!!! Talk about bullshit! When I was using the service they emailed me every month with confirmation of payment! I will never go back to Comcast. They are crooks!!!!!
