I visited this UPS store today to have my driver's license and SSAN sent into the government for…read moreverification. This is the second visit to this UPS and one of the photo IDs did not take and I was informed to return to resubmit. There was only one person working and people lined out the front door plus a sign on the machine that it was out of order. I tried to ask a question if there was another UPS close by that could take care of me. The employee was so rude, and she snapped no, can't you read the sign it is out of order. She was rude to almost all she assisted while we were waiting. UPS does not need someone like this working for them, and this store appears to have employees like this all over. I don't recommend this UPS for any type of service a person may need. Now because she was alone was maybe the reason for the frustration and if that is so the manager should make sure there are enough employees to take care of customers.

A backup address was also not accepted. I went home very discouraged. About an hour later, MBA called me at home and said they had made some changes to the delivery information and it was accepted by the shipper. I went back and it took all of about 2 minutes to drop off the documents and get the documents entered for shipping. I will definitely utilize them for shipping in the future.
