Horrible service at the Port Charlotte location. The manager has an attitude of I am the manager so it's what I say. Not a helpful attitude.

Comcast say they are working with us, but in reality comcast is turning off local TV from people that are unable to pay their bills.

So we asked for Centurylink internet service to a home we just bought from a man whose wife had…read morepassed away here. The seller had stated that he had turned off service a long time ago and there was no current service. The modem he had left did not show any connection. Upon calling the company, they said there was no service account here and we started the new account process. They gave me a connection date and I started receiving texts using my name and number to authorize T&C's etc. I was texted that it was being installed on the day we were told, the company sent me a new modem, and the modem started working! Slow as @&)(; but due to our location we had been warned that beforehand, ok whatever. 3 weeks later the service goes off and my profile suddenly says essentially "installation on hold." What? Multiple calls to numbers requiring excessive phone message trees revealed them having no record of the account being started back a month ago in my name or the original install date texted to me. The order # was the same one so it's not like they thought it was two different orders. They were telling me it could be months before they could install it. We had to spend a lot of time escalating to get it in gear to get turned on again sooner than later. I had returned the new leased modem originally when the old modem I owned and the new modem they sent had no difference in service, before I realized there was an issue with the install. I can only shudder when I anticipate having to argue why I am getting the lease bill as they have no record of receiving the modem back.

Do not use for internet service. Because you will not have it more than you do. I blame myself…read morebecause I didn't jump this ship along time ago. I am however now close personal friends with people from India. They know me so well after years of conversations that I'm welcome to visit anytime. The is the poorest excuse ( should be their middle name) for a business that I have ever seen. Don't do it!!! Even their own technician told us to give up and which provider to use. How about that???

As…read morea constant traveler and having Cameras, security system and air conditioning/Heating/and Humidifier working on WiFi it is not comforting to have it all go away after a lightning storm. Particularly if you are 3,000 miles away for a month. When I get home all I have had to do was turn it on. (Another company used to do this from their service desk). Plus, I paid 1/3 more than I am paying now for a better service. In trying to cancel my subscription, I have to take the equipment back to their store. (They have no store in Tampa)! I am satisfied if I was to stay home and be at the mercy of my WiFi.

After…read more2 weeks of awful service and horrific customer service i called to cancel...I called about 5 times and they just wouldn't cancel it out. On Jan 26th I took my equipment back to UPS(who told me to hold the paperwork for a year since they are notorious for charging people hundreds of dollars claiming they never received the equipment back). I then continue calling to close my account and they said it was done and it never was. I got a bill in March thinking my account has been closed. I called and they said the 88.00 was for the month of March and i told them I closed the account in Jan. I have a bill that they have charged me for Jan, Feb and March...$88.31 a month. The first time I called in Jan to cancel the person I spoke to said that i was under the 30 day guarantee and there would be no charge since i canceled after 2 weeks. Well i just got a letter from a debt collection agency...well they will not get a cent from me. This company has no scruples and i believe they are stealing from people intentionally. This is hilarious that Mary responded with same message she uses for everyone.. do you see you reviews? after dealing with Frontier for a month I can see your as ignorant as the people in customer service and it's also hilarious that you think i would ever try to call there again to try to fix anything! good riddance and you won't see a cent from me, don't give a rats ass about your debt collection!!! This person Mary that responded from Frontier is nothing but a liar...I just checked my account and nothing has been resolved!!!
