I confirmed several times the exact amount my bill would be with the installments. He said only the monthly new phone installment amount would be added to my current amount. As soon as the transaction was done, he disappeared, I had additional questions on setup. When I received my new estimated bill there were additional services I never was informed of or agreed to! The salesperson added insurance $16. and anytime upgrade $10. Confirm your contract price before leaving the store to avoid addition charges by a dishonest salesperson!

The employees are changing plans without the plan manager's approval. Verizon Fraud dept. has been alerted to the activity at this store. Michael and Keean are two employees that are taking advantage of old people in the area when they come in for service. They are stealing incentive money from Verizon by setting up deactivated phones. They are committing fraud by charging an existing account for the new plan on the reactivated phone. DO NOT turn in a phone to this store. DO NOT use this store. To which he replied you need to leave. There is no customer service at this location. I will be doing everything I can to switch from boost Mobile to another provider. If you are someone who feels like customer service is important do not go to boost Mobile. They couldn't care less about taking the time to get you the proper product for your needs. Spend the little extra and go to sprint, which is the service I have and the customer service is excellent, but my mom was trying to go based on her budget. Definitely got what she paid for as far as phone but no one should be treated like this. The guy wouldn't take the time to have a conversation with me to try to find a solution. To start, Best Buy canceled our installation of our new home at 6:30pm by text the night before install. Only options were to reschedule or cancel. Evidently they only have one crew and totally left us hanging as we had been planning on this for over 3 weeks. We had to drive 30 minutes to Best Buy in Port Charlotte because they no longer have phones in store, ( this is a complete joke if you have tried to deal with Best Buy lately, GOOD LUCK) to see what had happened and try to reschedule or cancel. We ended up walking out of Best Buy at 9:00pm with nothing resolved and possibly a week or two wait on installation. The next morning my wife found Quality Tv on Google and we decided to stop in. Mike gave us a quick class on TVs and we loved the family atmosphere of his business. Mike was able squeeze us in to do the install and his sons Michael/ Matthew and Brian teamed up to knock out the job. I was in awe of how they teamed up and worked together and how great of a job they did. We have had Best Buy for at least 12-13 installs over the last 15 years and Quality TV hands down was the best service we have ever had!
