As you know, it is ALL about "Customer Service". I just recently bought a Samsung Note 3 phone from Dan, and within several days of owning this great phone... I noticed it was not accessing 4G, and ONLY staying on 3G, even though I live in a 4G area. So, I called Verizon and a Rep told me to take it the Corporate Store and have them check the phone out. They did JUST that and replaced the Sim Card. I than call Dan at the Verizon place to let him know what had happened and he assured me the next time to bring it there as they would have taken care of the problem. About 1 week later, I was having the same problem so this time I went back to the Original Verizon Store. Dan was not there. However, the Manager by the name of James was there... I had met him earlier, when I bought the phone from Dan as he came over to THANK me for buying the phone in his store. Dan, went over the phone and without hesitation, he went to the back and brought out a NEW phone. He assured me in how he wanted to make me Happy. He also commented how he wants me to return again as a Customer. He set the phone back up and set up my email accounts. The ONLY thing I had to do AGAIN... Go back home and re-down load the Apps and re log back into them them.... So, when I left... I left as a Happy Camper. James and Dan's Customer Service goes beyond Good Customer Service for this Store. If you read this and decide to go into this particular store... Ask for Dan or James. If they are not there, ask when will they return. I am sure the other Reps are just as good, however my experience tells me how these two guys are the BEST in this particular Verizon Store. Great Job James and Dan, as I will be returning, and I hope my friends will be coming as well.

Maria, was extremely polite and acknowledged my mother, and I when we walked in. She mentioned she was there by herself, but she would be with us momentarily. Maria helped us within 20 minutes, and also Acknowledged every person who came in while she was working with somebody. Her manager, was sitting in the parking lot waiting for his shift to start. Maria took her time with us, and went above and beyond to assist my mother and I with upgrading our phones. While we were sitting there, another customer who also came from the short pump, location stated that they also left the short pump location because they had no phones at their location. Why does it seem as though the corporate location only has phones for new customers, but not for those who are looking to upgrade their phones? It is only because of Maria at this location that my mother and I are still AT&T customers. We were very close to heading to Verizon. I came into the store at 5:45 PM on Tuesday, January 13th, because my phone was intermittently disconnecting from Wi-Fi and briefly showing "SOS." My phone was fully functional before I arrived -- I could make calls, text, and use data both on and off Wi-Fi. Matthew told me he would "try" to fix the issue but that Apple might be needed if he couldn't. Without clearly explaining the risks, he deleted my eSIM, and then was unable to reconnect it. He called customer support, and after nearly three hours, just before the store closed at 8 PM, I was told they had done "all they could." At that point, I was informed that: * My phone was now completely unusable * I could either wait until Thursday to get a replacement OR * Upgrade and buy a new phone immediately At no point was I told that "your phone will not work at all" was even a possible outcome of this visit. I explained that I was far from home, had no GPS, and now had no way to get back safely. I had to call my grandmother to come pick me up. What happened next was unacceptable... Because the store was closing, Matthew treated me as if I were an inconvenience. He told me that unless I wanted to buy a new phone, I would need to wait in my car, and if I needed anything I could "bang on the door." After spending three hours in the store only to leave with a phone in worse condition than when I arrived, I was essentially kicked out so he could leave on time. This was dismissive, unsafe, and wildly unprofessional. My family and I have been loyal T-Mobile customers since 2000, and this experience alone has seriously damaged my trust in the company. Turning a minor network issue into a completely unusable phone -- then abandoning a customer without concern -- is not customer service. It's negligence.

Her poor old phone was on its last leg, it had several viruses (maybe Covid, lol), and it was glitching. It was jittery to say the least! She went from an android to an iPhone. Even though they didn't have the phone she wanted in stock, we purchased it at a nearby location and came back here so Cris could transfer her data and info. He was sooo helpful. He not only downloaded and transferred her contacts, etc. but he also gave her mini lessons on her new iPhone! He was knowledgeable, patient, and personable. He also speaks Spanish which is a plus! Social distancing markets on the floor, and masks were in place. Cris also explained all the plans, assisted us with the accessories, and he didn't try to up-sell us to buy things we didn't need. My sis got an awesome deal on a new iPhone and we were impressed with the service we received here! The inventory, however, was rather skimpy ... they could increase their cases, chargers, and phone stock. I deleted a star because the store itself isn't very aesthetically appealing. They could use some better quality and matching furniture (the table in the waiting area was in poor shape) and a paint job. But for your cell phone service needs, this place suits us to a "T" mobile!
