They were out of stock of the phone that I wanted. No big deal. Then the guy keeps telling me my bill will skyrocket if I add a line with the new phone. No, I don't want to add a line. I want to buy a phone. I made this very clear and had to repeat myself quite a few times. Anyway, he ordered a phone for me and said he would give me a call when it arrived. He never did. There were two young kids in the store with their eyes glued to GIANT iPads. Thank god that ain't me. Overall a frustrating experience with no solution, however, the associates were very polite and friendly. It's just unfortunate that they don't know what they're doing.

We were greeted immediately by friendly staff, and it only took a few moments to find the models of phone. The staff were really friendly and patient and explained everything so we could understand it all. Despite many offers from my service provider, I decided to take the plunge and buy the phone. I knew I wanted it enhanced photographic ability and read about the phones online before I went to the Apple Store. That made it a lot easier to make a selection once I was there and the knowledgeable sales staff really helped me to compare my old phone with the upgrades in the new phone. I chose the new 17 because of the enhanced photo and video capability. I was able to get one right away from the store. I also got this safety screen put on there and paid for insurance for my phone for a year. The only thing left to do was set it up, which I did at home and found to be incredibly easy. Enjoy my new photos and reviews using this new Apple phone.

Filled out all the paperwork, added in the extra bits and had my time scheduled. Cool. Walked into the store and did not see any Apple employees checking anyone in. The ones at the front were all busy, there is no signage advising guests where they should stand or go for help so I just walked to the back. Still no one free. I finally saw a person ambling towards the back area who I asked where should I go to get checked in. Now mind you my experience so far was just fine. I guess that's because I hadn't talked to Alexis yet. Alexis is apparently the store manager. I don't know how she got that position because she doesn't act like any store manager I've ever dealt with. She's unfriendly, rude, and makes up stories about customers. Let me explain. Alexis said that check-in was in the front of the store. I explained that there was no one free at that time and I just had walked toward the back of the store. Her position was that I should've waited in the front of the store and I should've known that that was where I was supposed to wait.Hmmmm. Maybe some signage to let customers, clients, guests know that that is what your expectations are Alexis? I don't live in an Apple Store. But I kept I kept my inner dialogue to myself . What I did tell her was that the people that were in front were all busy. Her retort back was she supposed that she would check me in and then I would have to wait my turn from there. I did advise her that I had an appointment set. And then she asked me did I not see how busy the store was. Hey Alexis? Not my monkey, not my circus.. Again, not manager material at that point I just walked to the front of the store because I was gonna try and get checked in there. At this point it was about 4 to 6 guests deep. Well crap. That just makes my waiting that much longer. What's the purpose of having an appointment if it's first come first serve? Part of me is thinking I should just cancel the whole flipping thing and just walk out the store. Butt I ran into Alexis again. Ugh. I asked for a manager hoping I wouldn't have to deal with her. She explicitly told me she was the store manager. Hey Apple, you need to train your managers better. She also claimed that I yelled at her and that people had turned around to look at me. I laughed at her and said at no time had I yelled at her. And then I challenged her and said let's roll back the video immediately and view. She didn't want to do that. Because she knew that she had just told a lie because I never raised my voice. I didn't need to. I went in there to pick up a stupid Watch and a plug. I had already paid for everything. I had already disconnected my watch from my account.. I knew what I was doing. Anyhow, she said I would have to wait. And so I just started looking at a few other items. My husband joined me and we looked at new watches for him and he and I had a very nice time while we were there. Some dude came over. I don't even have an idea who or what his name was. Went through everything with him. Nodded my head, uh-huh uh-huh uh-huh uh-huh. I got my stuff and walked out the door. I did have to ask him what Alexis's name was. Anyhow, that was my experience.
