I have called on Fix805 twice, and I have been very happy with their service both times. The first time, I'd shattered the screen on my iPhone 6, and they repaired it quickly and inexpensively. I left it and returned in an hour to pick it up. Today, I called for an estimate on repairing the rear glass over the camera lens on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. The technician asked me to send a photo, and he diagnosed the problem immediately-- what had broken was a protective cover that came with the first case I bought! I had completely forgotten there was a cover over the lenses. He advised me to simply dislodge it with my fingernail. I did, and my camera lenses are fine! That case did protect my lenses, so I may get another one like that. I was thrilled that that was all that was wrong, of course, and I appreciated his time and diagnosis! Brian from fix805 is as good as it gets!! I brought my phone in thinking my charger port needed replacing. Brian recommended to give it a cleaning first before trying to replace the port which would have costed me $80 to replace. The cleaning worked like a charm and I ended up not needing a replacement. He could've just made more money off of just replacing the port but instead excepted a tip as payment for cleaning and fixing! He chose to save me money and he made less! Power button on my Note 10 was not working properly. I texted the shop and he said he would be out for lunch from 12-1. I brought my phone in around 11, worried that I would have to leave it for a day or more. He took a look and said that this issue was usually an easy fix and that worst case would require him to open up the phone. Thankfully, it was a simple task that he completed in less than 5 minutes. I took my iPhone to Fix805 based on reviews. My phone was not charging all of the time when I plugged it in. Apparently there was lint in the charging port. He cleaned it out for me and didn't even charge me. I will definitely go back if I have any problems. read more
