Joshua nor Lloyd ( the owner) do not care about doing right by their consumers. We are owed $325 and until I see it, I will make sure every TCU student and family member knows to steer clear of this sketchy establishment. We love Fort Worth and have had nothing but good experiences - until now. It's not about the money, it's about the honesty. Taking advantage of a 19 year old girl who you know needs her phone to work, is absolutely despicable . In addition, assuming my college student has nothing productive to do, and I quote "she can come back to the store she has nothing going on," is gross. She is a scholar student who also has two jobs. No wonder your business is run this way. Next up - Tcu parents page via Facebook. We may have been screwed by I won't let another Tcu family. Go straight to Apple Store next time. The service, speed, and quality of We Can Fix It Phone Store are HORRIBLE. I paid a lot of money to…read morehave my phone repaired, and honestly, I wish I would've just left it broken. The repair was not done correctly at all. The screen is already coming away from the phone frame, which is completely unacceptable after paying as much as I did for a repair. On top of that, the replacement screen itself is clearly not the best quality. It does not feel or perform like a quality repair, and I'm extremely disappointed with what I received for my money. If I'm paying good money for my phone to be fixed, I expect the repair to be done properly and for the replacement parts to actually be worth what I'm paying. Instead, I'm left with a phone that looks poorly repaired and a screen that is literally separating from the frame. Save yourself the headache, the wasted time, and the money. I would NOT recommend this place. At this point, I genuinely feel like I would've been better off leaving my phone broken.
