    BUYER BEWARE!! I…read morewent here after my screen was cracked and glitching and I was told I could replace the screen for $212.00. I figured okay, well I really needed it be fixed, so I paid for it and I picked it up later. However, within less than 24 hours the screen had cracked in two spots so I went back to tell them it needs to be fixed and the guy was very dismissive and extremely unhelpful ignoring me when I kept asking how this would be resolved. He then said I could pay another $212.00 and they could replace it again. I explained it had been less 24 hours and it was already cracked because of a cheap shoddy screen but he then said he could take $10 off so $202.00 to replace it. Are you kidding me?!! I told him I wanted to speak to the manager about my concern and he said he wasn't available and to leave my number and he would get back to me sometime next week. I explained I had literally seen and heard him talking to the manager twice only minutes before while talking to a customer buying an expensive phone but now he was not available to speak to me. Even the other customer could see how inappropriate this was. Seriously, do you not think people can see how ignorant you are acting? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service, very disrespectful to the customer and clearly shoddy work with a cheap screen replacement that doesn't last 24 hours before becoming cracked. I should have trusted my instincts, the guy behind the counter looked very unkempt, greasy, and shifty never making good eye contact. Its worth going to a reputable business establishment like Best Buy and getting professional service rather than getting taken advantage of at this unethical and shady place.

I can see why these people don't progress in life and have YELP'S lowest rating. They deserve no better. If you want place that will treat you like crap this is the place and they will let you know that they don't care. Best of luck.

    Save time, money and sleep by not going to Xfinity Mobile in Hyannis for customer service or…read moresupport. I spent 3 hours with them yesterday trying to return a cell phone I bought through Xfinity online. I needed to return the phone because I didn't get the promised promotion and the only way to resolve the billing issue was to return the phone and buy a new one And start over. That is it. No other resolution. No discussion. Trust me, the online and store locations are two different entities which do not want to work together. From the store, I had to call the regular customer support line and was kept on hold for at least an hour. Don't get me started with the customer service online, that will get its own review. Needless-to-say, and After 3 hours and countless remedies suggested, I was told to Fed Ex the phone back to the Xfinity warehouse. Once they received the phone back, I could order a new one. The problem. I already ported my number to the new phone so I needed support to transfer my number back to my old phone so I would have a working phone in the meantime. The manager of the store could not do that for me so he called someone in the COE department. After many discussions, nothing could be done to port my number back to my old phone and I had to wait until the new phone was credited back to the warehouse, order a new phone, and start again. Bottom line, I would be phoneless for many days. I left the Hyannis store with no resolution. I called Customer Service again on my care ride home. Another 3 hour call. I will review that experience in a separate complaint. I can not express with enough frustration how difficult it was to leave that store and not want it to ignite into fire behind me. Boycott Xfinity Hyannis, it might save years to your life.
