I paid in cash directly to an employee, with the supervisor sitting right next to her at the same desk. I was told I'd receive a confirmation email for the payment and was handed a small, unofficial receipt. However, I never received any email confirmation, and I'm still getting the same bill from AT&T saying I owe the balance. When I returned to the store to resolve the issue, I spoke with the supervisor. He told me he couldn't find any record of my payment--only that my account still shows the balance due. It seems my payment may have been credited to the wrong account, but he said there was nothing he could do and that I would have to pay again.

They told me to just go to the xfinity store and return it. I was not able to return it to the store due to their policies. So I called the xfinity mobile customer service again and was given the run around again and was told again that I could return it to the store and that they would send me a shipping label via email. I never got it. Received a text stating the ticket request to return the phone was denied. I called the xfinity mobile customer service again today and was told that it was now past the 14 day return policy (Big surprise) and that there was nothing that they could do and I would now be responsible for paying for a phone that I didn't want!!!! I am so angry right now. As soon as I can I am getting rid of xfinity mobile and going with another carrier! They completely suck! Zero stars!!

Called me "Hey Brother " I corrected him and told him my name and still conituned to call me Brother again. Was argumentative and did not speak clearly. I will go in and speak to the manager !! I asked if he had screens for it, he said yes and it would be $360 and 30 mins. So I shopped around for 30 minutes and when I came back he said they didn't have a screen for it after all. But while opening my phone he damaged my current screen rendering the touch functionality useless, and said he wouldn't cover damage to the screen. Damage he did! I would not take anything here.
