The staff member who "helped" me (pictured here) was rude, dismissive, and arrogant from the moment I walked in. He acted like answering basic questions about my repair was a burden, rolled his eyes when I asked for details, and clearly had no deep knowledge of hardware repair. Their diagnostics were inconsistent and suspicious. When I dropped off my device, they said there was no water damage. Later, after they failed to fix it, they suddenly claimed there was water damage -- contradicting their own report. This is a common scam tactic to avoid taking responsibility for failed repairs. To make matters worse, they use cheap, non-OEM parts that aren't fully compatible with your device. After their so-called "repair," my MacBook had issues it never had before like poor touch response on the trackpad and keyboard keys being loose. When I pointed this out, the employee blamed me instead of acknowledging the poor workmanship. This place fails in every way that matters -- no professionalism, no accountability, no quality parts, and no real expertise.
