Not only was my screen still damaged, but Alif did a terrible job of removing the screen, tearing the home button when trying to remove it so the home screen was no longer working. He also forgot to replace two screws on the battery shield. Finally, the proxy sensor shield was missing completely. I ended up having to go to a phone store and get a brand new phone because the damage he did was not fixable.

But I was leaving town straight away so I couldn't stick around long enough. My experience here means that I'll definitely use them in future and they're in one of my favourite plazas, so I'm sure I'll be by here on many occasions. I definitely recommend supporting our local retailers during this time. The store was clean and had tape on the floor for social distancing. The employees wore masks. However, the screen started going bad three weeks later (no drops or anything, I think the ribbon disconnected) they claimed they couldn't fix it and the warranty was only two weeks. 250 dollars wasted. They are a scam. I will never recommend them or go back. Update: I went to an authorized repair place who opened up the phone and confirmed that the work was done incorrectly. They reused the old adhesive, which allowed moisture to get in, and did not replace a clamp (meaning the clamp was totally missing). New place said it was so egregious they suggested doing a chargeback and said they would provide documentation for it. We will pursue this avenue. Do not use ifixit.
