Forget Apple and go here. There is no benefit to using Apple for repair service if you are out of the warranty period- these guys can do the same thing and they are meticulous. I'm very happy with the repair. Bonus; they offer a 1year warranty on their work.

Employee Alif completely broke my phone. I dropped it off to fix the screen. I picked it up and…read moreAlif told me he didnt have a replacement screen, which was a lie because he had checked to make sure he did when I dropped it off. Not only was my screen still damaged, but Alif did a terrible job of removing the screen, tearing the home button when trying to remove it so the home screen was no longer working. He also forgot to replace two screws on the battery shield. Finally, the proxy sensor shield was missing completely. I ended up having to go to a phone store and get a brand new phone because the damage he did was not fixable.

I definitely recommend supporting our local retailers during this time. The store was clean and had tape on the floor for social distancing. The employees wore masks. If we hadn't gone into the store, we would not have learned about upgrades going on at this time (e.g. LG paid off the balance of my phone). However, the screen started going bad three weeks later (no drops or anything, I think the ribbon disconnected) they claimed they couldn't fix it and the warranty was only two weeks. 250 dollars wasted. They are a scam. I will never recommend them or go back. Update: I went to an authorized repair place who opened up the phone and confirmed that the work was done incorrectly. They reused the old adhesive, which allowed moisture to get in, and did not replace a clamp (meaning the clamp was totally missing). New place said it was so egregious they suggested doing a chargeback and said they would provide documentation for it. We will pursue this avenue. Do not use ifixit.

I traded in my Iphone 11 for a Iphone 15 because it would not hold a charge more than 3 hrs. I purchased a screen protector, case, charger for my phone and a screen protector for my husband's phone. I was told that if I purchased 3 accessories, I would receive a $25 discount. I purchased 4 accessories. I repeatedly asked Ethan for the price on items and was told that it needed to be looked up, and left the conclusion of the transaction to my husband. Not till I got home did I realize my screen protector was $64.99 (used to pay $20), the USBC adaptor was $34.99 (which I discovered I did not need). I had to return the phone after 2 days because it would not hold a charge. I received an exchange but lost the cost of my screen protector. and told they would only give me credit for $21.00 on the adaptor, even though the discount should have applied only to the other 3 accessories that I purchased. DO NOT purchase any accessories from this store! Go on line or try another store.
