Apple told me my motherboard was broken-clearly not the case. I took my phone to Phone Fix and for a reasonable price they fixed my phone perfectly. This time I broke the front and back of my phone in a bad fall. They fixed my phone in front of me and walked me through each step. I walked in without an appointment and didn't have to wait long before I was seen. There is no phone service for this location if calling. You'll have to text a number or leave a message to get to anyone. Samsung voids manufacturer warranty even if there's the tiniest blemish on a device. I don't think I'd purchase another device of theirs knowing that. I spoke with two associates and found the second to be very approachable and pleasant. The technician fixed the issue same day (of course with a payment). They even managed to finish before the stated pickup time. The store is tidy and it was almost empty when I arrived. However, it can get busy at certain times. There is even a small area of the store for kids.
