Today I had came upon an issue with my device what I and the crew thought it was going to be an easy fix. I had came down to have them take a look and they were optimistic as well on what the situation was. Turns out it was generally a technical issue with the device leading to not so good news. It was to the point where I would have to have leave my car with them over night to fix the next day. I was very overwhelmed since I rely on my car a lot recently due to work, but it wasn't their fault whatsoever. The gentleman then took the time to go through every option to fix it before it was last resort to leave my car. The gentleman truly went up and beyond to work on the issue (even if it was a few hours, I was willing to wait) they ended up finding a solution to completely fix the device and have me leave off the lot the same day! I can't thank them enough for the time they put into to help fix my unexpected day. They were very professional on how they handled everything, even when I was given the potential bad news they were sweet and reasonable. They provide multiple services, but I wanted to take the time to voluntarily leave a good review since they took the time for me! Thank you.

When I purchased an after-market rear cam from CC a few years back, I requested the ability to use…read moremy after-market in-dash nav system to monitor the rear hitch, as needed, not just when backing up. The look I received said it all. One would have thought I was speaking a foreign language and asking for the impossible. To their credit, they obliged. But shortly after I was flagged down on the highway because I was driving with my brake lights on. When I returned to CC to have the connection adjusted just for reverse, I was charged nearly the same amount as the initial install. Now, I would have happily given CC a two-star here because the duration of some rear cameras depends on so many factors--mine blurred only a few years after purchasing most certainly because of condensation. But a curious thing happened after calling upon the services of those who know what they are doing: my earlier request wasn't so far-fetched, nor did it require leaving the brake lights on. I am now able to use the rear-cam when driving or when in reverse. What may arguably be the worst part, however, is the reaction the current crew who replaced CC's camera had upon seeing CC's handiwork. In short, they thought the wiring was a mess.

Nope, don't do it. Not for mechanical work anyway…read more My car wouldn't start last week, so I called my insurance's roadside. When roadside inquired as to where I wanted it towed I told them "the closest place that can fix it" - as I'm not familiar with mechanics in the area. This is where they took it. I had a sneaking suspicion it was the starter as several months ago my car began to not turn over when I turned the key but if I waited a second and tried again it would. Then it started happening more frequently, and took more tries to get it started. Finally last week, no amount of turns would get it to start. Had coworkers and tow company jump to no avail just in case it was the battery. Nope. Flatbed ride it is. Typical, the next morning the damn car starts for them and they write it off as a battery, and replace it. Everything seems fine until this week when my car WON'T FRICKIN START AGAIN. Now bad starters, if you can get at them, can be whacked and knocked to a better spot, until it finds the dead spot again. I suspect the jostling from the tow served the same purpose and that's why it started for them. I had the car towed back to them so they can right the wrong. Long story short the next afternoon this time, they finally acknowledge "yep, starter" and that they may possibly get it done the same day. Nope. I call the next day around 12:30 or 1 to confirm my car will be ready by 4:30. THEY STILL HAVEN'T FRICKIN TOUCHED THE THING. I was told to call back in a few hours. An hour and a half later, I'm told my car was done. I was not a fan of how much "reminding" it required to get results, and quite honestly if I had been humored and listened to (I'm telling you this has been happening sporadically for a while and getting progressively worse...perhaps this should be an indication that it's not the battery.) and a little more investigation had been done, I wouldn't be so angry. My battery was likely a little weak so I could have used another, but next time humor me and test the starter. If I had paid $561 all together at once, instead of $178 one week and $383 the next it would have been less aggravating - and I would not have to inconvenience other people for transportation to work for the same unresolved problem with my car!!!! I get it, mechanical work isn't their main focus...but don't list yourself as a repair center then if you don't have the staffing to give the appropriate attention to it!!

I was looking for someone to handle a simple dash cam install on a new car…read more I called to discuss and was told I could come down now 5:00- pm as they are open late and could take a look and work out a price, so I drove through rush hour traffic to go there. Got there, parked went in and waited, everyone was in the back, the shop area, one of the guys saw me and told another guy, they were working on or playing with a sound system, there was a little kid on a shop chair or cart rolling around while others were cranking up some music very loud on a system. I figured, give them a few minutes someone will come out to the lobby/entrance and ask me what's up, except nobody ever came. They left me standing there without acknowledging me or saying they would be right out or anything. I waited a few minutes and left, I figured they either didn't want my business or just didn't like the look of me for some reason, so I left, found another shop to do the work. At the very least someone should have either motioned to me that they see me and will be with me in a minute or come to the front to tell me, hey we see you, give me a few minutes to finish up and we will have a look at your car or something, but to just ignore me wasn't going to work for me. People that disrespect their potential customers don't have good business skills and I really don't want to get involved with someone learning their way, I need a pro. We have several vehicles that need installs and a fleet of work vans so I can't waste my time with amateurs. Buyer beware, if you don't mind unprofessionalism and waiting while being ignored as if your time is worthless or being treated like they are doing you a favor to acknowledge you then this is your shop.
