This is one of the most beautiful H&Ms I've ever been to. The location on Lincoln Ave is gorgeous,…read moreexpectedly, and the 1st and 2nd floor have a bright, fun aesthetic that gets you excited and ready to shop. That is, until you reach the 3rd floor. That's the mens floor. The floor where all of us guys wonder up to to find affordable t-shirts and something that'll go with our new AE Jeans. As it happens, it's also one of the worst things on Lincoln St. The floor of the 3rd floor was dirty, most of the clothes were wrinkly, and the dressing room was an absolute chaotic mess. Oh, and it was about 4x smaller than the 1st and 2nd floor. Woman: 7/8 of the store, Men: 1/8. It just felt disrespectful, particularly because both times I've been there I was really excited to go and then had my hopes dashed. All of the guys were wondering around dejectedly, searching for something they knew they weren't going to find (good clothes). 5 stars for the first two floors, -2 stars for the sad 3rd.

This H&M is very organized and spacious. The clothes tend to be more work attire and some weekend…read moreclothes. They have another level but I didn't check it out. I found the prices to be more expensive but that could be because of tariffs or the area. They also have a lot of smaller sizes from what I looked at not too much large sizes. Maybe upstairs offered more but other than that it was clean and organized. No crowds but it was later in day when I went. Most of the stores are opened later in this area. So I think it's worth going to see if they have some thing you like.

My 5 Stars goes to an employee in the cosmetic department by the name JESKY, she is unique. You…read morewon't missed her with the amazing blue color of her hair that goes so well with her carisma and cool personality. I was looking last year for "the perfect makeup" since there is so many this days to choose from. I went around to few stores in Miami Beach and end up here in Macy's. Again so many different cosmetics it gets overwhelming to me. I stop by one of the counters, Stee Lauder and Jesky was there. She is not like those sales person that comes right at you and makes you buy something, no. Jesky welcome me and said that if I need help she will be around. I like that I didn't feel someone chasing me around the whole counter, if you guys know what i'm taking about.. Another employee came and ask me questions, but i just said I was just looking. I decide to go to Jesky and ask her few questions. She gave me few options not just one, and she even ask me if I want it to try the make up. She try few and gave me samples to try 2 to take home. I did and went back like four weeks after and ask her for one more sample of the one I thought it was the perfect shade. Now I went back after few more weeks and guess what? I bought the actual product that she told me from the begging that suits my skin color and my skin situation. What I really like and want to point is this: she was not a crazy sales employee that was just trying to make me buy things that I wasn't going to be happy with. Second, she was calm and confident that by giving me the sample I will try them and for sure that I will go back to her to finally purchase it. This is the way a department store like Macy's should be. I know we all have to make the sale and make the money. But many times we don't even want to pass by this departments to avoid the craziness of the salesperson going around you in the counter and many times is more than one, it's a whole crew chasing you like zombies. I strongly recommend you to come and ask for Jesky at the makeup department. Jesky, will take good care of you with no rush or hassle. Trust me she is very cool and can help you with any makeup purchase you need. Jesky, if you get to read my review, I want to thank you for all you patient and help. Liz

I know these clothes inside and out because my company, Sew On Set Tailor, does all their tailoring. The fabrics and construction are superb. The designs have a lot of detailing with hand sewn topstitching and unique closures and fasteners. The leathers are so soft and they even have wiring in the cuffs and collars to keep their shape for years. I think the casual line of suit jackets with no shoulder pads are so fashion forward and they are perfect for muscly guys with broad shoulders. Even though I don't work on their shoes, I know quality leather and I really like the traditional designs with an edge to give any business man a personality. Plus they have an exclusive line of Converse for simpler guys. The whole shop is like gong into a rock n' roll museum with all the great photos on the red brick walls and the vintage mixed with modern decor is highlighted by the beautiful crystal chandelier. The sales people are extremely helpful and always offer you a drink and make you feel relaxed. I really enjoy working as the shop's tailor and I know the customers appreciate being able to get alterations done quickly or if a custom fitting is needed, I am always available to come in for an appointment. They are honestly my favorite store client!
