I went to the Lincoln road location got the button down shirt that I wanted. Then had to wait at the counter because nobody was working the register. It was quite frustrating because there were several people working but nobody acknowledged that I was waiting at the counter. Then surprise surprise. I get home and the sensor was not removed. So now I get to go back and have the sensor removed. I truly do not understand how hard it is to remove the sensor. Not happy about this experience.

Also, not used enough. Anyhow, I tried on a really attractive pair. I felt like I was walking on air. I guess they started selling shoes recently because I know they did not maybe 6 months ago. Lululemon offers a 30 day no questions asked return policy. You can run and walk in them as much as you want. I bet no one returns them. They are the best sneakers I have ever worn. I even wore them the rest of the night walking around South Beach.

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour skirt online and emailed immediately--no reply. I then ordered the correct one, assuming I could return the other. When both skirts arrived, neither was suitable, so I made the effort to visit the store in person--just one week after major surgery. I was told there were no refunds, only exchanges. The manager was polite and tried to help me find alternatives, and I eventually decided to keep one skirt. However, I was accidentally charged for it a second time--bringing my total spend to over $1,000. I immediately contacted the manager (the store had just closed), who acknowledged the error and gave me her mobile number to resolve it. What followed was a two-month back-and-forth of broken promises and delays. Eventually, they claimed the refund had been processed, but it never reached me. I even provided proof via my bank statements. They then refused to help further, telling me to "take it up with my bank." I only just received the refund--four months later. To make matters worse, a $100 t-shirt I exchanged for discoloured after the first wash. Jessie Boutique wouldn't help, and I had to go directly to the manufacturer, who thankfully resolved the issue right away. This store takes no accountability for their mistakes and offers shockingly poor customer service. A high-end price point should come with high standards. Sadly, that's not the case here.

The girl I spoke to over the phone was so nice and so accommodating. She took down my information and told me the dress was available in my size and in both colors as advertised online and that they would hold it for me to try on in store. I asked her where the store was located and she indicated that it was off of Kendall Drive and SW 137th Ave, next to Dandy Bear. I asked her about the stores business hours and what would be the best time to pass by, and she told me they were open till 8 PM and that I should go by today (Saturday) because the dress wouldn't be ready till today (again, Saturday). I specifically asked about the best time because Lotus Couture is located right up the street from my house so I could have come to try it on YESTERDAY but she insisted it wouldn't be ready till TODAY. When I arrived to the store (literally less than 30 minutes ago - I just left) the girl at the counter told me they'd sold the dress yesterday and they didn't have any left! I am so upset about this complete disregard and lack of customer service. I would have bought the dress yesterday had the girl over the phone told me it was available, but she told me it wouldn't be because they had to pull it from storage and it wouldn't be available till today! I can't believe that I was stood up like this, what a TERRIBLE first impression. I had my heart set on trying on this dress and purchasing it for my trip to Vegas. Thanks for nothing Lotus Couture!

So AGHmazing I walked out with 3 dresses instead and returned a week later to purchase 3 more. This is a rarity for me since I'm such a picky shopper. The store is kept clean. The owner is young, sweet and very helpful. She even gave me a discount for my birthday dress purchase. I am in complete aghhhh. Price point is PERFCTION and the quality of clothes is A+++. Alo in the Design District area…read more I loooove Alo and am so happy I got to visit their store in person to see some of the items they have. We were passing by on our way back to the Museum Garage from MIA Market and decided to stop in. The store is pretty spacious and big. The staff was pretty helpful and they had a decent selection. I think this is a pretty popular location, especially given that there aren't many in person Alo stores so I was a bit bummed when they didn't have things in a certain size but totally understand. I didn't have exactly what I wanted here but it did lead me to online purchases. Overall, a great location for this store in Design District.

The store has a beautiful selection of clothing and designers, with pieces starting around $50, so there are options at different price points and the quality of the materials really stands out. I especially loved discovering the Entreaguas designs,the concept is beautiful and the pieces feel very special. The service was warm and welcoming, and the whole experience made me want to spend more time exploring the different brands they carry. I definitely recommend visiting Wanita Store, especially if you enjoy discovering unique designs and beautifully made pieces.
