We came across two very helpful fantastic sales associate Tracy and Susy who helped us with our purchases on this particular day. Unfortunately, the shoe department here and their staff while they are very well staffed could not be bothered and never approached us at any point in time. It is unfortunate because we ended up buying shoes from the Neiman Marcus at Bal Harbor instead. The store is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need and then some it was great to see such a huge selection of not only shoes, but also the fine high jewelry pieces. I would definitely come back here again and go see and work with those two wonderful sales associate ladies!!

I am currently without the products I purchased and already paid for, without any delivery timeframe, and without a reasonable or acceptable solution as a consumer. The company is failing to honor what was clearly communicated on its website and app at the time of purchase, which constitutes a failure in the provision of services.

I asked for a size 11 and he brought back a size 10 and said they always run a size big. I then tried them on and they felt okay at the time. I then wore them the next day and after walking in them for 2 hours, going to dinner ect I realized they were too small. The following day (today Feb 3) I went to get a bigger size which they did not have. So after he tried upselling me on a different pair that I didn't like I agreed to just get a refund. Then he took the shoes out of the box and realized they had been worn and he wouldn't give me a refund for them since they had been worn. So a multi million dollar corporation wouldn't give me a refund 2 days after purchase because they had very very minor tread marks on the bottom. No scuffs, no tears, nothing, just some color on the bottom from being wore outside. I just find it absurd I couldn't get a refund on a shoe that he promised ran big and had no damage whatsoever. Not professional.

I know these clothes inside and out because my company, Sew On Set Tailor, does all their tailoring. The fabrics and construction are superb. The designs have a lot of detailing with hand sewn topstitching and unique closures and fasteners. The leathers are so soft and they even have wiring in the cuffs and collars to keep their shape for years. I think the casual line of suit jackets with no shoulder pads are so fashion forward and they are perfect for muscly guys with broad shoulders. Even though I don't work on their shoes, I know quality leather and I really like the traditional designs with an edge to give any business man a personality. Plus they have an exclusive line of Converse for simpler guys. The whole shop is like gong into a rock n' roll museum with all the great photos on the red brick walls and the vintage mixed with modern decor is highlighted by the beautiful crystal chandelier. The sales people are extremely helpful and always offer you a drink and make you feel relaxed. I really enjoy working as the shop's tailor and I know the customers appreciate being able to get alterations done quickly or if a custom fitting is needed, I am always available to come in for an appointment. They are honestly my favorite store client!
