I clearly requested a slanted, vertical side cut with the front length touching my chin, and suggested trimming only about 1 cm. What I left with was a nightmare--my hair chopped drastically short, front above my jawline, sides straight, and nothing like the photos. When I pointed this out, she casually said it would "look like the pictures in 8 weeks." I was shocked and humiliated. During the haircut, she even told me twice not to cross my legs--something I've never experienced at any salon. I asked to switch stylists, and was told I'd have to pay extra, even though the issue was not my fault. Ruby then claimed that because I agreed to a graduation in the back--which she suggested--she had to ignore my other requests. I cried in my car on the way home, devastated. $160+tax for a ruined haircut and a traumatizing experience. I can only hope no one else has to go through this. Without exaggeration, this was the worst salon experience of my life.
