I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and have consistently followed all the maintenance…read morerecommended by the company ever since. Over time, there have been multiple issues, but I chose to overlook them with the mindset that mistakes can happen and that sometimes it's better to let things go. However, this time, I can no longer stay silent. Issue 1: When I purchased the car, I was told that the dealership would store my winter tires at no extra charge. Normally, there is a storage fee for tire storage, but the salesperson offered to keep them at the dealership without cost as part of the deal. However, this agreement was never properly recorded in the system, and for the first three seasonal tire changes, I had to repeatedly explain the situation to the service department. I had no other proof, except for a text message from the sales manager at the time, which I had to show like I was begging for confirmation. Fortunately, after a few visits, the service team finally noted this in their records and started handling it without further issue. Issue 2: In the spring, I brought the car in to switch from winter to all-season tires. After picking up the vehicle and arriving home, I noticed that one of the wheel nuts was missing. Thankfully, the dealership was nearby, and I returned immediately to have it installed. But no one apologized. It was treated as if it were a normal, everyday occurrence. Issue 3: Again in spring, I brought the car in for another seasonal tire change. This time, they installed tires from a different trim level. At this point, I began to question whether this was just carelessness or something more intentional. Once again, no apology was given--just the same attitude, as if this sort of mix-up is perfectly natural and acceptable. Issue 4: Interestingly, all the issues I've faced have been tire-related. This final incident happened just a week after the most extensive and expensive scheduled maintenance, including a tire change. I had been told after that service that everything was in perfect condition. But only a week later, I began hearing strange noises from the front passenger-side wheel while driving. At first, I assumed it was a rock stuck in the tire. But the sound persisted and became more disturbing, so I stopped the car and checked. I found a bolt embedded in the tire. Let me be clear: I do not believe the dealership was responsible for the bolt being in the tire. These things happen on the road, and I fully understand that. Once again, I went to the same dealership--Kia Richmond, where I've always taken my car for service. Two hours later, I received a phone call informing me that the tire had been fixed. However, they said they had also checked the wheel alignment and it was off, asking if I wanted it corrected. I agreed, even though I was surprised because just a week earlier, everything had supposedly been fine. When I went to pick up the car, I couldn't shake the feeling that something wasn't right. How could a vehicle that had passed such comprehensive service just a week ago suddenly have alignment issues? I asked why this wasn't detected during the major service. After checking their records, they told me that they hadn't done an alignment check at that time. Why not? First, they said it was optional because it's a complimentary check. Later, they changed their explanation and said the request must have been missed when passing instructions to the technician. That's when I completely lost my trust in this dealership. I no longer know whether their explanations are genuine or just made up on the spot to move past the issue and charge me anyway. As I said earlier, I have always followed the full maintenance schedule recommended by the manufacturer. Many people around me just change the engine oil regularly and leave it at that. But I believed that sticking to the recommended maintenance and building a long-term relationship with one dealership would be better for both my car and for building mutual trust. Now, I can say with certainty: I will never go back to this dealership again. Some may say that other dealerships are no better. Maybe so. But at this point, continuing to spend money while being repeatedly disappointed is more wasteful than giving a new dealership a chance. All these frustrations have also made me question the quality and credibility of all the previous services done at this dealership. Perhaps to someone else, this might be the best dealership they've ever dealt with. But to me, it has become the worst. I'm even seriously considering never buying a Kia again.

DO NOT lease vehicles from them. Terrible Service & Attitude!…read more Leasing a new Niro 2025 wth this dealer since July 2025 but this new vehicle has been broken down TWICE. Major part changed, but and now still being grounded for ALMOST 2 MONTHS since the vehicle is NOT DRIVABLE!!! We requested a new vehicle after the incidents happened twice. But the new GM (Valentin Neag) just advised us to contact Kia Canada for solutions and he said he will do whatever Kia Canada ask him to do. But Kia Canada stated that They have nothing to do with the leasing but only warranty! They seldom get us a call to update. It is me, the client, to keep giving them calls to get status of our car. Yesterday, called them again. I explained to the first lay that our car being grounded for almost 2 months and the manager promised to prioritize our car. She just said "You are not the only car being grounded here!" then she passed to phone to the Service Advisor Pandora Lam. During the phone conversation with Pandora, she kept talking but NEVER listen to me and let me speak. When I asked her "Can you let me talk" She replied "Now?" I also mentioned her coworker promised me the Manager would call me but he didn't. She said that is NOT their responsibility! Totally speechless about the customer service and product quality of Kia Richmond. They're lucky that I can't give ZERO star to leave my comment here!

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP - Read my experience below if you're so inclined:…read more My family has been a long-time customer of this dealership. We have purchased multiple vehicles from them and entrusted them to service our cars/SUVs over the years. My family's most recent vehicle, a Volkswagen Tiguan, was always serviced here (including a large $1,500+ service package as recently as February 2025). At the time of the incident described below, the vehicle had only ~110,000 km. Over the BC Day long weekend, my Tiguan broke down on the highway while traveling with my family, including two small children. The vehicle became completely undrivable, leaving us stranded on the side of the road for three hours and 20+ kilometers away from the nearest town. This turned what was meant to be a family trip into an incredibly stressful ordeal and forced me to rent a vehicle at a cost of nearly $2,000 for the week. Volkswagen Roadside initially agreed to tow my vehicle back to the Lower Mainland for $850. Several days later, I was suddenly told it would instead cost an additional $2,500. On top of that, I was initially charged by Comox Volkswagen $500 for a "diagnostic," only to inform me that the engine had a HOLE IN THE ENGINE BLOCK and would need to be fully replaced at a cost of $12,000 - $20,000. The treatment I received afterward was equally disappointing. Volkswagen of Richmond initially offered me $3,000-$5,000 for my Tiguan, but only if I purchased a new vehicle from them. Once I declined, they refused to give me anything for my vehicle. They also claimed they could help me through one of their affiliated dealerships, but after speaking with the manager this turned out to be a complete waste of time. To make matters worse, a dealership literally across the street immediately agreed to buy my broken Tiguan for $1,500, yet Volkswagen refused to help me move the vehicle over to complete the deal. To their credit, they offered me an extended warranty if I bought another Volkswagen, but after this ordeal I will never be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership again. Long story short: despite being a loyal customer, having purchased multiple vehicles here, and keeping my Tiguan regularly serviced at this dealership, I was left stranded, charged unfairly, offered misleading "solutions," and ultimately shown zero genuine support. They repeatedly said they wanted to "make things right," but in reality they were misleading at every turn. My Tiguan, with only 110,000 km and a full service history here, died on me and I was left with nothing. Volkswagen of Richmond offered me $0 for the vehicle while another dealer across the street paid cash without hesitation. This entire experience has completely destroyed my trust in this dealership and in Volkswagen's after-sales support. For anyone considering buying or servicing a vehicle here, I strongly encourage you to think twice.

I was partnered obviously with a junior sales associate, who took down details and when it came to method of payment, I said cash, at which time I was told they could not sell it at the posted price. I said is this not false advertising? I have to check with my manager. I still have not even seen the vehicles I was interested in. The manager took over the conversation and proceeded to tell me a story that their vehicles are priced for a finance sale, but if push came to shove they might sell at posted price. Still not shown product. My comment to him was, we haven't even crossed the finish line, and already you are putting up road blocks. I got up and left. A horrible experience which I will share with my family and friends.

My wife and I were interested in one of these Audi Richmond dealers cars in Richmond, BC this is what happened, . First of all; 1- Their salesperson Wilson had no clue and no knowledge about the car he was showing us, he did not even know how the AC worked and we've figured it out ourselves. 2- Wilson and his manager Jacky tried to rip us off by selling the car to us for $39,997 while the car was advertised in the sites, Autotrader, marketplace as well as CarGuru web site for $36,997 3- The manager did not want to negotiate the car price for he said he will talk to the warranty finance department to give us a good deal, but we found out that he lied to our faces three times and he has never talked to the finance department nor the warranty guy named Jerry. 3- The car has an airbag recall issue. This might be a simple issue but who would be happy to buy an over $42,000 car then take it to get it fixed right after buying it?? not a happy sense and rather unarguably disappointing. 4_ their sales manager, Jacky told us that they have not sold a car for a long time, now go figure and we wonder why. Folks be very careful and it is always better to be safe than sorry this is all we have to say. Peace to everyone.

My review pertains to the service department at Richmond Honda, and sadly, it can be summarized in…read moreone word. Frightening. The inmates are running the asylum, seriously. That's the implication I got from my walk around the outside of the service bays, as I wondered what was taking so long, and also both the service staff member processing my repair at the counter, and the service manager in a subsequent phone call. The mechanics are unionized they each informed me, and while I'm not anti-union, the implication was clearly they cannot be held accountable. I felt bad for the front line counter staff and even the service manager. Took my car in for routine maintenance in May 2025, nothing wrong with it, just needed an oil change, tune-up. Got in just before 10 am on a weekday, was told they also found uneven tire wear, so needs alignment too. I said thanks, approved the work, they said my car would be ready around noon. Well, it wasn't ready until nearly 1:30 pm (oil change, alignment, fluid top up, should be an hour at most, took over 3 hours), and the two people in front of me complained bitterly about the level of service. I got my discount and considered myself lucky for escaping with my car intact. Exaggeration? Just wait... Three months later, there's a leak under my car and my transmission is acting up. I text the Richmond Honda service manager at the number he called me from in May (after my email complaint to the GM of Richmond Honda) and get no reply. Might have been a land line. I decide to take my car to Stan's Transmission this time, and they describe a situation that "unscrewed itself!" in an incredulous tone, curiously ask me where it was last serviced, resolve my problem, refill my CVT with fluid, and I'm good again after another $400 bill. So, were Honda Service techs negligent when servicing my car? Or were they annoyed that a number of customers had the temerity to complain about the wait and decided to teach us a lesson? Either way, a failing transmission is both a potentially EXPENSIVE repair, AND a potentially dangerous situation. Stay FAR, FAR away. You've been warned.
