    Rainbow Trout with complimentary bread
    Jen M.

I ordered the Rainbow Trout for delivery. The fish was cooked perfectly and the lemon caper sauce was amazing (I just wish they had put a little more sauce on it). The asparagus thick and crispy and delicious. The garlic mashed potatoes and complimentary bread and dipping oil were also very flavorful. I will definitely order this again.

Fourth of July, and it is time to eat out. Bonefish Grill has the best menu. The bear selection is okay, but I like my Stella. The Rainbow trout is top shelf. I had to have it. It is the best. The Potato's Al Gratin go with it well. It is not too busy, and there are many tables available. I ate at the bar. The service was quick. The bartenders were nice. The Bonefish app has been down for a few weeks, so I had to use Yelp to see the what the entrées look like (and find the rainbow trout). I will come again (and often).

We've been to Bonefish Grill for dinner and liked it so we thought we would try it for lunch. It turned out to be a good choice. It was pretty empty so I imagine most folks think of it as a restaurant for dinner, not lunch. They have a nice lunch selection at reasonable prices. We had the Off The Hook Fish sandwich that came with fries ($16.90) and one of their prix fixe lunch selection (shaved Brussel sprouts salad and Fish & Chips $14.90). Their prix fixe menu includes a free iced tea or soft drink. The fish sandwich had a generous portion of fish filet and the prix fixe had more than we could eat. Portions are generous but not enough for taking home for lunch the next day. Our only two negative comments were the place was so cold everyone in there kept their coats on and the salad had too much dressing so if I ordered it again I would ask for dressing on the side. Service was prompt and courteous. Parking is free in the shopping center lot. They have a full bar.

When we were seated there was only one set of silverware at the table. Not thinking about that but once we got the bread we also realized that we didn't have plates at the table and we didn't have a light in our candle. Petty yes but our waitress didn't even notice. She didn't tell us about the social hall hour and the drink and the discounted food. At the end she asked if we were in the rewards program but didn't tell us about it after we said no. But she was good on refills. The potstickers were very good. The flavor was spot on. My lobster ravioli was seasonal but it was bad. The sauce was flavorful and the lobster was limited but okay. The kung pao Brussels sprouts was my favorite part of the main meal. My wife had the salmon with the mango chutney. She said she needed the chutney to make the salmon more flavorful to reduce the over seasoned salmon. I tried it and it was overcooked and dried. We also got desert. I had the seasonal cheese cake. I'm not a cheesecake kind of guy but the apple made it. The wife had the flourless brownie and it wasn't good. Not a fan. We will go back and try something else.

The two waitresses we had were extremely patient and made sure we had what we needed throughout the evening. The food was excellent. I had the Chilean sea bass, which had the perfect amount of crisp on the outside, while maintaining its juicy, flaky texture on the inside. Even when I reheated it the next day, it did not dry out. Many others got the ribeye, and there was nothing but good reviews. The section we were in (enclosed patio area) was very cozy, with a fireplace built into the wall. It was very comforting and a nice addition to the ambiance of the restaurant, compared to the area outside of the enclosed patio section. I will definitely be back for a steak soon. Thanks again to the staff for such an enjoyable experience!

The cocktails were delicious, I had the Diamond Martini and Lemon Drop with strawberry. We were there early so may have been one other diner. I did not really love the bread but no biggie. We both had steaks and loaded baked potatoes. We agreed, steaks were seasoned well and tender. Our potatoes were cold, not warm, cold. Yes they were replaced and we appreciated it. The thing is, this is the second steak place in under a month where the potato was an issue. In addition, the texture of the potato was off. I like a fluffy, melt in your mouth potato. I'm not sure how they are made in restaurants today. I bake in oven at home and never miss. Would I return absolutely.

She recognized my friend and I were busy talking and didn't rush us to place our order. My friend ordered the tortilla soup and the caprese flatbread, while I went with the crab, shrimp, and lobster bisque and the Leonard burger with fries. My soup came out quickly, but shortly after, the manager came by to let my friend know they were out of the tortilla soup. Because of her dietary restrictions, she declined the substitute options offered. Our entrées arrived without any issues, and everything was delicious. We were both happy with our meals. My friend is a member of their wine club and applied her discount to the bill, but when the check arrived, the discount wasn't reflected on the receipt she was asked to sign. Victoria promptly spoke with the manager, who confirmed the discount had been applied and provided a corrected receipt with the correct total. Overall, we enjoyed our time at CH and would visit again.

We made our reservation about a month in advance, arrived early at 5:00 p.m. for our 5:15 seating, and were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress, Margaret, was friendly at first--but unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. We waited 45 minutes for our starter and an hour and a half for our entrée. What made it more frustrating was watching nearby tables--many seated after us--receive their meals, finish, and even turn over while we were still waiting. We finally left around 7:30 p.m., feeling very disappointed. The food at Cooper's Hawk is consistently excellent, which is why this experience was so discouraging. There were also billing issues: I had a birthday reward and several wine bottles through my membership available, yet the wine was still charged to our bill and the birthday reward wasn't applied until I pointed it out. Although part of it was corrected, we still ended up paying for the bottle that should have been included. We usually enjoy wonderful visits here, and Cooper's Hawk remains one of my favorite restaurants. However, this particular experience--especially the long wait times and billing confusion--was truly disappointing, and I would hesitate to dine in the same section again.

We were in town for an event and were ready for dinner far earlier than our reservation but the hostess got us in no problem. Our server, David, was terrific. He is the only server who has ever convinced me that ordering Wagyu was worth the money. He sold us on the 14oz Australian Wagyu which in his words "was the best steak he had ever eaten" and after having it, I couldn't agree more. The steak was perfectly cooked, beautifully plated since we shared, and it melted in your mouth. The char on the outside was ridiculous in the best way. We also had oysters on the half shell broiled with Cajun butter, lobster Mac n cheese, and corn brûlée. All of it was delicious. I wish we would have ordered the bread with candlestick butter, it looked amazing. Totally worth the money, will make a drive from Columbus just to have that steak again.

The space itself has an eclectic, upscale vibe that adds to the overall experience. The food backed it up. We had the Japanese crab cake, grilled oysters, Baby Wedge (not so baby), and split the 16oz Wagyu ribeye with truffle butter. Sides were mushrooms and the potato mille-feuille -- that potato is a must-order. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and incredibly tender, and the crab cake was packed with large chunks of crab. The oysters were good, but everything else really stood out. Dessert was an espresso crème brûlée and finished the meal exactly how you'd want. Service was excellent. David took great care of us -- knew the menu, made good recommendations, and kept things moving without ever feeling rushed. The place was absolutely spotless -- from the dining room to the smallest details. Around $400 for two all in, and worth it for a special night out.
