Unfortunately, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had, and I feel that management needs to be made aware of what occurred. When my husband and I arrived, several of the tables were dirty. When we were seated, there was a fork lying on the floor next to our table. One of the servers walked by, and instead of picking up the fork properly, she stepped on it with her shoe and then bent down to pick it up. I immediately asked her how she could do that, explaining that people eat with those utensils. Her response was simply, "Oh well," accompanied by a very disrespectful attitude. What made the situation even more disturbing was that after stepping on the fork and picking it up, she told us that it was actually "more nasty" that people put these utensils in their mouths and then she has to pick them up. I found this comment extremely inappropriate and disturbing, especially coming from someone working in a restaurant where proper hygiene and food-service practices should be taken very seriously. Unfortunately, I did not get this employee's name. However, after waiting approximately 10 minutes, our server, Yuly, finally came to our table and asked if we wanted something to drink. After she walked away, we waited approximately another 15 minutes before anyone returned to our table. At that point, I asked where our server was. Yuly eventually came back and, rather than acknowledging that we had been waiting, responded with a very unpleasant attitude, saying, "I am here." My husband explained that we had been waiting for quite some time, and her response was, "Well, talk to me," again in a very disrespectful and dismissive tone. At that point, we decided to leave. What is particularly concerning is that it appeared that these two employees felt comfortable behaving this way because there was no apparent supervision or accountability for the service being provided. Customers should never be treated this way, and basic cleanliness and proper handling of utensils should be non-negotiable in a restaurant. I did speak with the manager, whose name was Jessy, before leaving, and I explained what had happened. However, I am still very concerned about the overall level of management and supervision at this particular location. I genuinely hope to be able to return to Red Lobster in the future, because I have always believed that a well-known restaurant chain should maintain certain standards. However, before I consider returning to this location, I would like to see meaningful changes in management, employee supervision, cleanliness, and customer service. I also strongly encourage Red Lobster's corporate management to investigate and inspect this location, particularly regarding cleanliness, food-service practices, proper handling of utensils, and employee conduct toward customers.

Although there's a couple of people that are a little bit lack of keeping my drink refilled and my water glass full, for the most part they are excellent. Quite often my waiter is Angel who is appropriately Named. His service is perfect and when the line dance time comes around, he does it with enthusiasm. And he's friendly and likes my service dog too. What else can you ask for? I like what the management stops by which they do a lot of restaurants but for some reason, the managers here seems sincere when they ask you if everything is meeting your expectations. My answer usually is that they exceeded expectations. Know that if you're expecting Wagu meat or prime porterhouse, romance or a quiet business meeting, elegance or a sommelier, this is not your place.
