Stopped in for a quick bite, the food was pretty good! It's located right next to a seafood boil spot and across from a hotel and Texas Roadhouse, just off the highway, so it's easy to find. The interior was clean, but as the sign outside mentions, it's grab-and-go only with no indoor seating. Ordered 20pc Boneless wings. The entire order fits in a small box and the wings were essentially chicken nuggets. Minced meat chicken with a gross texture. Disgusting and overpriced. This has nothing to do with the owner of the store- this is clearly a product supplied by the corporate side. Franchisee cooked it fine- but charging $30 for ground up chicken balls is criminal. I ordered the take out meal 6 wings and two drumsticks with a side of coleslaw. What I discovered when I got home was only 4 wings and two drumsticks By the way the coleslaw was horrible. Had errands to run with hubby and he was like "let's get some Korean chicken". So, I looked on Yelp to see if there was one close to our location. Sure enough, we found a Bonchon to-go on La Grange in Orland Park. Same delicious aromas upon entering as the one in China Town. We ordered the wings; half garlic soy and half Korean BBQ. We ordered pickled radish and an order of fries. We received an order of coleslaw so I still cannot say how the radish tastes. As we were leaving, the young man called us back. Yesterday I tried Korean fried chicken for the first time and the food ordered was delicious. The inside of the restaurant was clean and the wait wasn't too bad. When I got there my friend was upset and crying and told me that Bonchon cancelled their party that day and gave no reason why. The food itself is good in flavors, and crisp was okay, but I would prefer the whole chicken type of Korean chicken as to just legs and wings. The sides were good too but nothing special. I have been to two other locations and absolutely loved their food. This location was not good. I usually get the drumsticks and I love those because they have such a crunch and a really good soy garlic flavor. Today I went to Tinley Park and got a 20 piece Boneless and it was almost $28 for mediocre chicken. Our food was done literally 10 minutes after I placed it, so it almost felt like it was reheated. The soy garlic flavor was very light, and the chicken was not crunchy or crispy at all. It literally tasted almost microwavable, and that was very disappointing because the other locations I've been to have been excellent. It's a grab and go spot, but no one was in there and I kind of see why. It's very pricey for the quality. They have a big parking lot and the girl at the counter was friendly. read more

Ordered a bibimbap bowl (had a small pile of spinach, wilted lettuce, mushrooms, shredded carrots, scrambled egg, some beef bulgogi meat and a heck of a lot of rice on the bottom. Not worth the price in my opinion. Gochujang sauce was watered down and just okay. The donuts (got an order, came with 2) was delicious. Fresh and pillowy, coated with cinnamon sugar. The "cream sauce" side was more like straight up condensed milk (which isn't necessarily a bad thing but is pure sugar lol). Again, would come here for the chicken only. They did not deliver the right order, and what we did get amounts to a trash bag full of under fried chicken wings with some pre-packaged condiments "on the side". The delivery guy wouldn't answer his phone when I tried to contact him about the issues with our order, I assume he understood right away that what he had been tasked to deliver was a steaming dump of meat and bones and didn't want to begin to try to justify the pile of garbage he left on my stoop. This is for Tinley Park Location. I'd compare the batter to a beer battered fish fillet's texture sort of, not crunch, but crackle esq feel. Not at all what I was looking for...I didn't like that, but the taste was eh.... It gets bad when you bite and the entire batter slides off like the chicken was encased in something fried as opposed to being fried. I felt like a peeping tom watching my chicken undress like that. Had to avert my eyes. It gets worse when you see what's under. A bleach white piece of meat whose fat is still gummy like it was boiled. The meat tasted like nothing...I mean NOTHING. This is an insane thing to go out of your way for...so don't. They tried to help me by putting the restaurant in a difficult location, unfortunately, I was too persistent. read more

Went there to pick up lunch. Got 12 wings, 6 strips and 2 sides (pickled radishes and coleslaw). Was about $30. The wings and strips were good sized with plenty of meat. We tried all three sauces and enjoyed all. Order was ready for pickup in 15 minutes. Crispness of the chicken survived through the entire meal even with the sauces covering the chicken. I love this place! I've been several times and each time my food is fresh and hot. The bone-in chicken is WAY better than the boneless, but that is pretty much a rule when it comes to chicken in general. I've been to the Chinatown, Wicker Park, and Bolingbrook locations and this one is my favorite because of the quick and friendly service. Oh and the 1 star review complaining about the cashier speaking broken English when they themselves can barely spell and string together a sentence? Yeah that's the kind of person whose review you need to ignore... TIP: if you order some of your chicken plain (no sauce), they reheat amazingly well in an air fryer. After reheating toss with your favorite sauce (I use Bachan's Japanese BBQ Sauce) and you have the best leftovers for another day. read more

Ordered the Fried Rice with Bulgogi. Now they upcharge $3 for the Bulgogi. When it was delivered I removed it from the bag and opened the cover the meal looked and smelled good. On the menu and the guy who was helping us behind the counter was extremely short and quick, answered as if he had an attitude that we were asking him a simple question. Never mind THAT, but customer service was ASS. Ordered the soy garlic wings, Korean street corn, seasoned fries, and pork bao buns. It was all very good. The chicken was light crispy and seasoned very nice. The pork buns were out of this world.
