Haven't been here in a long time. It wasn't crowded like it used to be even during the week. Disappointed the waitress served the crab appetizer since the won ton wrapper was very well done and edges burnt. We refused it.,Yakatori was very overcooked and not very appetizing. The sushi order was pared down to two rolls. Prices here have gone up substantially since our last visit. The Mongolian beef was good but had many more onions than meat. Half of our dinner was just mediocre. Very disappointed in our very pricey dinner. Won't make it a priority to go back.

The sushi at Wu's was very good and most importantly fresh. The restaurant it's self if very large and spread out. I sat at the bar and the bartender was very polite and helpful. The only negative I have about the restaurant is that the prices are on the higher side.

The sushi was sushi, nothing crazy. The crazy noodles were good, but more noodles than meat and veggies. Very clean restaurant, and would be a great spot to come for hibachi. Worth checking out for a group outing.

Great time with friends, and my other half. My Fiance and I had never been to Wu's house before so since my best friend knew we were visiting from out of state she decided this would be a good fit for us. We walked in we didn't have a reservation but it was only a small group so we went to sit down right away. The inside was nice, the decor was nice, the bathrooms were clean, and the service was decent. The only thing I had an issue with is when I ordered a drink it came out wrong two times and at that point, I decided I obviously didn't need it. Just when I had given up on the margarita, a manager stopped by and asked why I didn't want the drink. I explained to him I don't think the gentleman taking my order understands what I'm asking him. I told the manager I didn't want the drink anymore and he asked me what I wanted I told him and he said it was on the house. So since it was on the house I allowed the manager to make it and bring it out to me and I have to admit it was perfect. So with the great drinks, great service, good company, and the entertaining chef, the night was perfect. They have a huge parking lot but it got filled up pretty quickly, however, we found parking pretty quickly. I look forward to visiting again when we're in town again. We're eager to try more menu options, thank you Wu's for making our visit an enjoyable one.

We were hungry after a long day walking. 18k steps as of right now. So we've been at it! We love trying new sushi and hibachi places. It's a large restaurant with a large parking lot to match. It was actually pretty crowded when we got here (evening). Hibachi and chicken entrees are decently priced. The sushi is expensive, ~$18/ roll. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with pineapple and white rice. The meal portion was huge. The taste was okay (probably due to the large amount of sugar). I feel like it's the equivalent of an americanized Chinese restaurant in a strip mall. The waitress mixed up the order at first, the food was subpar, and they charged an automatic 18% gratuity. On the receipt, they ask for an additional tip! I just can't recommend that you try this place. There's plenty of other places nearby. On the bright side, you do get a free candy sucker on the way out.

Stopped in for hibachi. Firstly, the iron sizes are HUGE!!! secondly the chefs are fun and entertaining. Service is fast and pleasant. Love the ambiance and atmosphere. We indulged in Bahamas sunrises and sushi, topped off with chicken and steak hibachi.

So came here for lunch and chose the Hibachi I will say the food was decent........however, pricing. The lunch combination with chicken and shrimp that came with a choice of miso soup or salad, and steamed rice for 27 dollars. Add an extra 3 for fried rice. WARNING.... For 27 dollars you get 3 shrimp. See photo......also, for the prices... the chairs were ridiculously raggedy. And walkway was so greasy and dirty. If this is what I see; what is it that I am not seeing....

This place is about a 35-40 minute drive from us, but when the craving hits, it hits! This was our first time here. My husband and I had the BEST time last night. The energy was high, the chefs were the best ever. Every chef made their show memorable, they were personal, interactive, and so much fun. Our chef was no different. He was incredible!!! This place is amazing for families. The way he interacted with the child who was at our table was so fun and cute to watch. You will NOT leave this place hungry. The standard that comes with all meals is soup, salad, shrimp, teriyaki noodles, vegetables, fried rice, and ice cream. My husband ordered the triple combo - ribeye steak, chicken teriyaki, and shrimp topped with the garlic. I ordered the double combo of filet and chicken teriyaki. Everything was cooked perfectly and DELICIOUS! Both of our steaks were juicy and tender and our chef cooked it perfectly to preference. The chicken was juicy, and my husbands shrimps were incredible. The garlic sauce on top is divine. Be warned - you have to be a true garlic lover to enjoy this. It is very strong with garlic which he and I both love!!! But I could understand if someone says it's too strong for them. The service was great - once we got seated, all smooth sailing. We never went without refills, the pace of the food was great, and our waitstaff was very friendly. My only criticism is the front of the house. The place was packed on a Saturday, but you have to have better organization or at least acknowledge people. People walked by us and other parties several times before even saying hello. A simple, hello we will be with you shortly is all you need to do. Nobody was mean in the front of the house or deliberately rude, but it's hospitality 101 to at least acknowledge your guests when they walk in, even if you can't tend to them right away. Our reservation was for 7pm, but we didn't get sat until 7:15 despite our table being ready. This didn't bother me enough to knock any stars off, but I truly hope they make a change with this because I could understand why this would upset someone. Overall, we loved it here and will definitely be back!

(Kari's Rating 6.5/10)…read more Came on Valentine's Day and had a 7:45pm reservation. They're 45 behind schedule and just seating their 7pms. I know it's not the hostess' fault but absolutely terrible moods starting. They definitely should've called people and let people know that they are an hour behind because then it would give people the opportunity who drove 45 minutes like us the opportunity to cancel. I can't even rate the food because we didn't get it. We finally got seated around 8:30 and the food was really good. The chef was impressive and the servers were very attentive. We ended up getting out of here about 10 o'clock so if we had plans after our reservation initially at 7:45, we probably wouldn't have made them, but thankfully we didn't have anything after and it was a fun experience. We probably won't come back to this location as we live in the city, but the quality of the quantity of the food was plenty. The chef was relatively attentive and very skillful. It was overall a good meal.

The entire restaurant is running so behind and everyone is very frustrated. This is horrific customer service and disgustingly disappointing. Also, in looking at open table right now, there are still 6:30pm reservations for tonight. I am writing this at 6:23pm. Also, at 6:30, a group of our exact same size was seated, despite that their reservation was for 6pm and ours was for 5:45pm. The significant backup of patrons waiting for their very delayed reservations is also a fire hazard, surely putting the restaurant above capacity and without doubt completely blocking egress. This management is horrible. It needs a significant overhaul. Shame on the management of this godforsaken place. Would give zero stars if I could. I may be more inclined to give this place some grace, if not for my brother, who was also in our party, confirming that he and his wife had this same reservation/seating significant delay when just the two of them came in to this same establishment a couple of months ago. At that point, it's a habit/pattern, not a mistake.

What I love most is the versatility...you have the traditional sit-down dining area, and then on the other side (toward the back/left), there's the hibachi grill. Whether you're in the mood to relax and be served or want something fresh off the grill, you've got options. Now, I'll be honest, the line can get long, especially on Sundays right when they open at noon. But it's absolutely worth the wait. Everything is fresh and made to order, and I've never had a bad experience here. Some of my go-to favorites include the egg foo young, Mongolian beef, spicy egg rolls, and spicy crab rolls...but honestly, you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The service is always friendly and welcoming, which makes a difference. The atmosphere has a little bit of buzz to it, but it's not overwhelming, you can still enjoy your conversation without feeling like you're shouting over noise. What I love about Benihana is that they cook right in front of you and the entrees include 6 courses with 2 yummy sauces that are a gingery sauce and a "yum yum" sauce which tasted like a mustardy mayo. The first course was onion soup that had mushrooms in it, then the house salad with a really tasty gingery dressing, grilled zucchini and onion, rice which I upgraded to the chicken friend rice because that is the best. The manager was extremely rude to me and the chef, Aiden, also said something along the lines of "you're not happy because it's not the way you wanted it," as if my expectations at a hibachi restaurant are "bratty." If I was okay with my food coming from the back I could've sat somewhere else in the restaurant or even door dashed. The food does not taste the same when it is not cooked on the grill. I was also the only one at the table which made it even more frustrating that they did not cook the rice. I get keeping lunch to under 45 minutes but the service was piss poor at best. My server was Joselyn and when it came time for me to pay she left the machine at the table with the receipt on top. There were 4 people in the restaurant, and that is not how you treat a customer who is already having a bad experience. I can see why this place only has 3.7 stars on open table. The soup wasn't hot and the rice was not good at all. I had to use a lot of soy sauce to make it taste edible.
