    Peaches and Cream

Came here with one of my girls for a girl's night and was honestly impressed by the chill vibes and pretty amazing service here. We sat at the bar, and was greeted by the bartenders and manager. Shoutout to Chi for being super cool and truly making my first experience one to remember! (We totally ended up coming back the next day but shhh). We were told that the menu tends to change every once in awhile, and that new things are added and some are taken out BUT I believe fan favorites are a little more permanent on the menu. OKAY THE DRINKS & SWEETS: We came for drinks and desserts mainly, but plan on coming back to try out their tapas! * Peaches and Cream - I genuinely loved this drink, it was nice and refreshing and was a great drink for a sip and talk * Ube Dream- Pretty tasty but a little more on the sweeter side. * Lychee de Leche - if you're a lychee lover, this drink is for you. I got to try it and LOVED it. *Tiramisu - I enjoyed the tiramisu, it wasn't overly sweet and tasted amazing

Came here previously a few years ago and remember being impressed with the food! However, my most recent time coming, we were told the kitchen was out of an appetizer we had ordered as well as two out of four possible entree options. We ended up ordering the pork belly lettuce wrap appetizer. The lettuce was sad and shrunken and the pork belly was dry. We were really looking forward to trying the short ribs as well but after an hour of waiting, were informed they were out of this item. We then settled for pork chops, but had to wait another hour for them to come out. We had originally planned to have dessert here too but after 2 hours of waiting, we decided to skip dessert. If asked a year ago, I would recommend this restaurant but now I am less inclined

9/10 for cocktails, 9/10 for ambiance, and 2/5 for food. Overall would come back for cocktails not sure about the food. I came for dinner on a weeknight and they only had a set menu available for dinner. The meal consisted of starter plates, palette refresher, some entrees, and a dessert. The starters were okay, the scallops, steak, and halibut were overcooked, and desserts were underwhelming. Perhaps I came on an off day (Christmas Eve) or my expectations were higher but food didn't really seem worth it. Service was great though, just wished my food was better

Nothing too inspiring, but decent flavor & quality at this price point. I'll probably be back when I want some casual tapas and don't want to splurge. The best thing was probably the pork bossam. The pork was smoked and gave a nice pancetta feel and wasn't chewy at all. I absolutely hated the octopus. Texture was a little mushy, probably not very fresh. Accompanying vegetables felt very random (gai lan in hummus, really?). Also the menu claimed there would be purple cauliflower and heirloom tomatoes, but there weren't. Cocktails were ok. The coconut-washed whiskey with pandan was awesome, felt like I was having Bambu but with alcohol. The ice cube was underwhelming though - at the whooping price of $19 it really should be better quality and not dilute that fast. The ube cream cocktail was too sweet, but that was the expectation, I wasn't a fan ‍

My friends have been recommending that I try this place and I recently did. The reservation was easy but I felt like they didn't really pay attention to my dietary restrictions notes I added in the reservations. I was impressed with the drink menu as it has unique cocktails that I haven't seen before such as pandan whiskey old fashion and an ube cocktail. My bf loved the ube drink. I took a sip since it does have dairy in it. Oh and for those wondering the lychee cocktail has evaporated milk in it so it's not dairy free. Bummer. The yuzu one was very refreshing though! The grilled octopus was good and nice and tender. I loved the purée paired with this. Not pictured was the tekbokki which we had to send back because the rice cake was not cooked through. The table behind us did the same thing. Once they remade it, it was the correct texture. The highlight of my meal ( well my bf's meal) was the pork tenderloin. I got to try some and for someone who usually doesn't eat pork, I loved it. It was so tender and juicy and wasn't gamey. The onions crust on top had a sweet crunch to it. It was amazing. I got the snapper catch of the day and it was cooked perfectly. Not a fan of the kimchi fried rice though since I've had better but I wasn't too upset with it. Overall a great dining experience and good food and vibes.

We had a great experience! The restaurant had a chill dim lit vibe. The food was delicious.. the oysters were nice and buttery! And the drinks were carefully crafted and just a delight! The service was great.

Drinks were amazing, food was alright. Nice ambience and but it was pretty quiet on a weekend. I'd come back for the drinks for sure

Classy, laid-back ambiance with an impressive, sleek looking bar connected to the local Residence Inn Hotel. Bestie and I dined in last August. Reservations available but they can easily accommodate walk ins during non-peak hours. They have a good variety of cocktails! Drinks: *Yuzu Merry Me-- light, fruity, and slightly sweetened *Berry Fresh-- fruity and tart Both were so refreshing! Eats: K.F.C. - Korean Fried Cauliflower Rosé Tteokbokki Kalbi Skirt Steak Sweet and tangy crisp cauliflower. Savory saucy tteokbokki with fish cake and plump rice cakes. Juicy medium well cooked skirt steak with hints of sweet bbq flavor, potato & green veggie accompaniment. Even the water carafe made us feel all fancy! It was shaped like a rectangular liquor bottle. Service was quick but friendly. They'll gladly give recommendations for drinks if you ask. Nice place to unwind with friends or even a date. Restrooms are a short walk away in the hotel.

FOOD: 3 SERVICE: 2 AMBIANCE: 4 VALUE: 2 We got together with friends to have a pre-Christmas dinner. Surprisingly, we were able to secure a 5:45PM reservation on a Friday night for 6. We ordered a few appetizers to share: KFC - Korean Fried Cauliflower, deep fried cauliflower served with sweet chili sauce. Crunchy, but all you can taste is the sauce. Maitake Fritters - green bean tossed in sweet & sour sauce. Mistakenly ordered this thinking it was Maitake mushrooms. Nothing outstanding, the green beans were a little soft. Steamed Xiu Mai - not what you think! More like meat balls, a little strange and unexpected. Spicy Cucumber salad - crunchy cucumber and spicy sauce, taste as expected. We had the Seafood Paella to share as our main course. It was served lukewarm warm, with a decent balance of spices, but the rice (not sure if it was Spanish rice) was a little soft. Overall, the food was decent, but not really consistent. The appetizers did not arrive at the same time or even at all (octopus never came). The same with the entrees and they all arrived luke warm bordering on cool. Service was more inconsistent than the food! On top of that, the restaurant charges a 5% service fee and a 20% mandatory tip. The service and food quality cannot justify the cost of this meal. If it wasn't for our friends, this would have been a waste of money.

We came here as part of the Amex gold benefit. Shared plates: Kimchi dumplings: 3/5 this came with 6 dumplings. It was light and flavorful but small / minimal filling. I could have easily eaten double if had the opportunity! Rosé Tteokbokki: 4/5 our family loved this dish! Quantity was quite a bit and given the cold weather outside this dish was the perfect warm comfort food and flavor profile. The tteokbokki was chewy. We loved the flavors. Entrees: Fall spicy garlic noodle: 3/5 we were expecting a kick given "spicy" was in the name but the dish had a slight sweetness albeit not overwhelming. I liked the crispy tofu and eggplant mixture. Noodles were chewy with a layer of garlic + butter. For an entree the portion is quite small. We came as a family of 4 adults with the intention to share all the dishes. Chicken La Zi Ji: 2.5/5 flavor was smokey but that's about it. It wasn't a memorable dish outside of this. This dish came with a side of rice. Ambiance: 5/5 it's nice and clean inside Staff: 5/5 super friendly! Overall I would rate our time here as 3/5. For the price point the quantity and flavor fell short.

We've been regular Happy Hour customers at Pacific Catch across the street for years, but decided to do something a little different this week and give Bon Mot a try for their Happy Hour. It was a nice sunny day and perfect for hanging out on their patio under a big umbrella. First of all, their Happy Hour Tue-Sat 4-6 pm only applies to half off beer and 20% off wine by the glass... no HH specials on food, and no cocktail specials. Compared to many other HH spots on Cupertino Main Street, this isn't much of a draw. (Maybe at least offer some of the tapa/small plates and cocktails for $2 off for HH?) Ok, so they have a lot of small plate/tapa items in the menu... maybe a bit overwhelming, and maybe you don't need 5 or 6 different fish dishes on the daily tapa menu. In any case, here's what we tried... * Korean Fried Cauliflower -- This was a hit, and was a great start to our dining experience. A bit like popcorn chicken, but with an Asian sweet and tangy flair to it. Beautifully crisp cauliflower bites tossed in the sauce. * Wild Salmon Lemon Beurre Blanc -- Solid second dish. Nice crispy skin petit Salmon filet over purple potatoes. * Special Tapa of the Day -- Black Cod Fish & Chips... black cod fillets in batter with sweet potato fries. This was disappointing... the fish was too boney, and the batter got mushy in parts. It took a while to prepare as we were told other customers had complained about the excessive bones so they were taking care to reprep the dish to mitigate the issue... but whatever they tried didn't appear to have worked. * Burrata & Beets -- Decent sized ball of Burrata between very lightly picked golden beets, with some fresh greens, pepitas and a non-descript sauce. Pretty plating, but flavors weren't particularly impressionable. Our server, Ren, was very friendly and attentive, and was nice enough to get the Fish & Chips we didn't care for comped. Overall, the food was a mixed bag. Tapa plates we ordered are quite reasonably priced for what we got, but some hits and some misses. Bar, dining area and patio are pleasant. The place has potential, but probably needs to slim down the menu to focus on the hits and consistent high quality delivery, and do more HH and bar specials to generate some buzz. Probably more of a 3.5 Yelp now. How to give them another shot some time to see if they deserve a 4+.

We went to Bon Mot for dinner, and let me tell you--this place is a true gem in that entire shopping center and honestly, in all of Cupertino and San Jose area. It's so rare to find a spot that nails both food and cocktails, but Bon Mot delivers on every level. The cocktails were absolutely stunning--gorgeously presented and perfectly balanced. Not too sweet, not too sour, not too bitter, and not too strong--just right. You can tell they were crafted with care, and they easily outshine every other restaurant in that shopping center. I've tried the cocktails at the neighboring spots, and they don't even come close. The food? Phenomenal. Everything we ordered was delicious. We literally cleared every plate because it was that good. From start to finish, the flavors were spot on and the quality was top-notch. To top it all off, the service was excellent--friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm without being overbearing. They made the whole experience even better. Next time I'm in Cupertino,, I'll be coming back to Bon Mot again and again. I absolutely loved it!

    Tiramisu
    Nikita K.

This Asian fusion spot in Main Street has a wide selection of food and drinks. The service and ambiance here are really nice and the bar area is pretty large. The drinks are great and I loved the berry cocktail and will definitely order it again. The food is a little too expensive even though it is meant to be a high end spot so I probably won't come here as much as I would like to, unless it's just for drinks and desserts. The portion for appetizers like the cucumber salad is not worth the price. The freshly baked bread and the sauce it came with wasn't as good as I hoped either. We got tiramisu for dessert though, which was super tasty and looked pretty as well.

I wanted to share a concern about a recent visit to The Cedar Room. During my time there, I observed a male manager or supervisor interacting with staff in a way that came across as rude, disrespectful, and belittling. Witnessing an employee being spoken to that way in front of guests created an uncomfortable atmosphere and reflected poorly on the overall experience. What made the situation even more disappointing was that after speaking to staff in this manner, the manager spent what appeared to be an extended period of time outside the front of the restaurant talking on his cellphone instead of being present on the floor. I believe employees deserve to be treated with respect, especially in front of guests. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as leadership sets the tone for both the workplace and the guest experience.

I loved the green velvet booths and decor , which evoked old Hollywood glamour ! The food was fresh and presented nicely. One of my friends and I decided to each order the poke tacos . I loved them! Even though it was probably an appetizer is the right amount for a light meal. My friends ordered the Korean spice chicken and pan seared salmon and they both complimented their meal. I can't remember the all the names-of the drinks except for the Miami Vice the birthday girl ordered . We also got her one that was served lit on fire ! After our first visit last night, I think it's safe to say it is probably the best Happy Hour offering in the SF South Bay. Good quality, good value, great service and nice club/lounge ambiance. Here's what we shared food-wise... * HH Garlic Noodles -- This didn't quite meet my expectation. Described as a "perfectly cooked pasta tossed in rich garlic butter", what we got was more like a soft udon type noodle with a rather starchy garlic sauce. The taste was definitely very garlicky, but the dish could have been much better with an al dente pasta tossed in an actual garlic butter or olive oil. * HH Wagyu Smash Burger -- This was yum! Great flavor, nicely grilled served on a toasted soft brioche bun. ($15 on HH versus $32 witha side of fries on the Dinner Menu :o) * HH Hamachi Crudo -- This was superb! Fresh generous slices of yellowtail topped with sliced lemon, jalapeno, tobiko and microgreens, perfectly matched with Ponzu sauce. ($12 on HH for 4 pieces versus $23 for 5 pieces on the Dinner menu) * HH Crab Cakes -- 2 medium sized blue crab cakes with diced mango and spicy aioli. Pretty decent for $14. * HH Crispy Brussels Sprouts -- Good standard fare. For drinks, we enjoyed... * HH Weather Pinot Noir -- Our server, Mikayla, said it was her favorite wine on the HH menu. It was very nice. * HH Mango Deck -- Reposado, Jalapeno syrup, lime and mango puree with a 151 rum flambee. Great drink if you like sweet, sour and spicy... and it comes with a show as the 151 rum is lit. Will definitely return. Would love to try the HH Grand Seafood Tower with oysters, yellowtail and salmon sashimi, shrimp and lobster ($65 on HH) which we saw another table order. Looks like a great place for a larger party celebration too.

For the price, I'd expect better service but you may need to go further than Sunnyvale. Overall I think Nokori is a decent bar lounge, and I love the niche is on Japanese whiskey.

I wouldn't say anything was especially amazing, but it's a good option if you're a student or looking for a budget-friendly meal. The place was also pretty busy when we went, which says something! My favorite was the soy garlic chicken, it's the only thing I enjoy here. I personally didn't really enjoy the two soup dishes, especially the seafood soup (seafood tasted a bit fishy), but for the price, I couldn't ask for more. Overall, decent food for the price and a casual place to grab Korean food in Santa Clara, I would go back for the chicken.

The food menu is fairly limited, so it's clear that this is more of a drinking spot than a destination for dinner. We ordered the boneless soy garlic chicken and pork bulgogi. Both tasted good at first, but the sauces became increasingly overpowering as we ate, and we ultimately did not finish either dish. The flavors could use a little more balance. Overall, I'd rate the food a 3/5. However, if you're mainly looking for a casual place to drink with friends and share a few snacks, the experience is closer to a 4/5.
