    Aloo Mutter Butter Sandwich

A place to go if you are in the mood for some different!! I finally ordered a bunch of food from here to try and was glad I did. I'm wimpy so Vada Pav was too spicy for me but everything I tried was made from very fresh food and if you like spicier stuff it would be worth trying. The Aloo Mutter Butter Sandwich grew on me. The bread was perfectly grilled and it is a hearty serving. When eating it at first I liked it but wasn't 100% sold...but then I found myself wanting more later and just couldn't stop eating it!! Last but not least I tried Dabeli, which is good and very different from food I'd normally eat, with a combo of potato, pomegranate and peanuts. This food may not be new to others but for me it was unique and different to try and I definitely enjoyed it!

The Cheese Paneer Tikka Masala wrap was full of flavor. The portion size was smaller than expected.

It was far away from me in Fairfield, so it took me far too long to try it (Doordash or bust). Omg it is soooo gooooddd!!! Is it Americanized? Probably but I don't know? I always assumed that I like the most Americanized Indian food, because I like sweet flavors and can't eat spicy food. Whatever is going on here, the flavors are just spot on for me in ways that other places around here have not been. Tikka masala fries are a favorite food. Geez I hope I can find something like this back in Cali. If I was eating there I would ask for double grated paneer. Bhindi masala is some of the best I've ever had - it's light and not too tomatoey and lets the okra shine through. Okra is not overcooked. Sooo tasty. I tried cholay (aloo) for the first time here and I love it. The mango chutney has the right flavor for me, super sweet. Mango lassi is really thick and not too sweet. Kheer was really good and also not too sweet. I wish they would have had gajar ka halwa on the menu because I bet it would be amazing. I have pretty basic picks because I'm pretty basic about Indian food. But I think everything here on the menu must be amazing. Don't be afraid to try anything!! One of my few regrets leaving this area is not trying Jot sooner so I could get experimental with their menu. So if you're reading this, do it in my honor please!

I went super basic and ordered chicken tikka masala (medium spice), garlic naan and raita. Everything was delicious, although I didn't really get any spicy heat from the masala, so I'd probably go with a 4 or 5 (out of 6) next time. The garlic naan was amongst the best I've had, it was on the thinner side of naan and was buttery and garlicky as you'd expect. The raita was great. It was thick and filled with tasty veggies. The ladies working there couldn't have been kinder and even provided a big to-go cup of water to a gentleman was working on his car that had broken down in the parking lot on this super hot day. All in all, definitely stop by if you're in the neighborhood and have a hankering for some Indian food.

This is a kitchen that cooks with technique, and pride -- and it shows in every dish. I ordered the garlic naan, chicken curry, and lentil soup, and each one hit a different high note. The garlic naan was exceptional -- blistered, aromatic, and clearly made in a real tandoor. It had that perfect balance of crisp edges and soft interior that only comes from fresh dough and proper heat. Easily some of the best naan I've had in Cincinnati. The chicken curry was a standout: layered spices, real depth, and a heat profile that felt authentic. You can taste the difference between a sauce built from scratch and one poured from a generic base -- this was the former, and it was excellent. The lentil soup (dal) was comforting and flavorful, with the kind of balance you only get when someone knows how to temper spices properly. Nothing heavy, nothing muddy -- just clean, well‑executed cooking. Service was warm and attentive, and the entire experience reinforced that this is a restaurant focused on quality rather than shortcuts. Grace of India is easily one of the strongest Indian options in Cincinnati and a place I'd recommend without hesitation.
