regular burrito!
Janice L.

This place opened up not long ago, decided to go in to have a look. Place looks clean with friendly staffs, burritos comes in medium to large size. (Medium is pretty filling) The best thing about the burritos here are definitely the long list of toppings to choose from, fro salsa to onions to sour cream, cheese, lettuce, different kinds of curry, beans, rice, corn etc... the list is more than what you would normally expect, plus, the guy serving me was happy to put everything inside my oh so expanding burrito! I had the vegetarian burrito, with paneer cheese, though i wasn't a big fan of the cheese with its lack of saltiness (i eat really salty food) there were 2 long pieces of paneer cheese given. Also, one good thing about their curries is that all of them come vegetarian! Tikka Masala in vegetarian burrito? Booyaaaaa! Smart move, instead of tortilla chips, they have the choice of poppadoms + chutney dip, for £2 or so. Warning, their spicy sauce Naga Khan is ACTUALLY SPICY!!! MMM! Loves it.

SO one day after a day of extreme shopping i went to Bombay Burrito with my friend. We were a bit confused as to how to order but it was nice. 1. You choose the type of meal you want. We chose Bombay Burritos. 2. You choose the filling...I chose shredded beef YUM! 3. You add a curry... I used Palak (not sure what type of curry sauce it was but it was delicious) 4. Choosing the addins...I used Raita!!! All in all it was delicious and the burritos are a GOOD size. So definitely worth the money you pay. I will try this place again....

Great food and lovely owners. Burrito, two small burritos, salad and chips with curry. Lots of great options for toppings. Also they serve beer with your food if you like.

Best burger I've ever had? It's up there let me tell you (though that honour remains with Patty & Bun)! What I really liked about Five Guys was the way that burgers could be customised, and how while it looks like fast food (but isn't priced like fast food), each burger is made specifically for the person ordering it. And that burger comprises a truly succulent, tasty patty, an amazing bun, fantastic bacon (should you want bacon) and, grilled onions? Yes please again if you want them. Anyway, it all came together into a burger that honestly, WOW. The list of items you can add to your burger was probably 15 or 16 long, the combinations must be immense! And that was accompanied by fries that I would say are the best fries I've ever had. And the nice touch on the wall where they tell you where the potatoes come from was not lost on me. Five Guys. Amazing!

I've had my first Tortilla-burrito at Yelp event a while back and chatting with the owner, I found out that he's actually from San Francisco - which probably explains why I like their burritos. And since the event, I've kind of made Tortilla my default-Mexican food stop when my craving gets too strong. My tip: when you get a steak or pork burrito - ask them to NOT squeeze out the juice. I find that a juicy (well-lubricated) burrito is much tastier. Also, do invest in extra-guacamole, as this will uplift the flavour tremendously. (They are a little stingy on the guacamole though.)

After popping in and waiting for 7 minutes in the line, I finally got to ask the lady at the counter if they actually make some real California burritos, like you know, with French fries instead of rice. Which was met with the most puzzled stare...anyways, I ended up ordering a classic burrito which was ok, but still feeling like I got tricked into this. Now, does anyone know an authentic Mexican joint whuch do California burritos?
