For the money ($8 - $15 per person), Bolay is a fantastic option. The food is fresh, and in many cases, conforms to specific diets such as paleo, whole30, etc. There are also some wonderful low-carb options such as "Kale-ya!", brussel sprouts, and broccoli. The special sauces are delicious as well. The service is great as the folks who work there are a pleasure. This has replaced Chipotle as my go-to 'fast food' location for lunch. read more

They just opened and I am pleased to say I prefer this location over Palm Beach Gardens. There are about the same number of inside seats but I think there are more outside. The line moves quickly. It was pretty crowded but the tables rolled over regularly. I skip the first station (trying to stay low carb). Second station is protein, their shrimp was a little spicier than I remember but the pork was awesome. When we arrived they were out of a few proteins but they were cooking so... I do not know if they regularly have different vegetables than PBG but they have mushrooms, green beans, potatoes, broccoli, and brussel sprouts (which they were out of when I was in line)... they did not have cauliflower which is something I always get. I love this place it's so good. This location offers beans as a vegan alternative compared to other locations that offer tofu. I like the forbidden rice, herbed potatoes are delicious. We had a little mix up with our takeout order, but when I came back in, I was helped by a nice young man named Karan. My daughter is vegan and also has some health issues that require a special diet, so I needed to check the ingredients of one the the items. Karan was very quick to check on that, as well as correcting the order and making sure we were happy with everything. He also offered a free drink while I waited. I loved it! You get lots of choices for your bowl. I got black rice as my base which was amazing. The lemon chicken was also really good. The drinks aren't your traditional options, but all looked pretty good. It's really healthy food and I felt good about eating there. The store was very clean and the employees were all very helpful and friendly. I really liked the bowl that the meals come in. I also liked that there is an option to get the sauces on the side so that you know you like them before you put it all over everything. This is now my new favorite quick food favorite! Stopped by for lunch, very busy but line moved quickly and service was friendly. Food choices were interesting and delicious. I opted for a small bowl which gives you 1 base, 2 veggies, 1 protein, 1 add on and a sauce for around $8. With so many different combinations I will be back. Indoor and outdoor seating. I went into this situation pretty skeptical. I am not a healthy food critic. I enjoy food of all spectrums. I was surprisingly impressed by the amazing flavor this bowl packed. Reminiscent of chipotle With the layout of the restaurant but so much more to offer. I went ahead and ordered the surf and turf which was on the chefs menu. I tasted the Ahi tuna, it had an over whelming flavor of sesame oil but was very fresh. I am glad that I went with the choice of Surf N Turf. Very delicious. Shrimp and steak were perfectly cooked. A kale coleslaw was included in this bowl, it offered a wonderful tart and sweet freshness. Marinated tomatoes, and green beans also contributed to this freshness. I also chose one of their flavored teas pineapple. Also very good. I will be back and I will bring friends. read more

As a vegan I loved going to Bolay. I would get my small bowl with the sweet potato noodles, 2 veggies (usually broccoli and brussel sprouts), and tofu, with the carrot ginger sauce and if I felt like doing more I'd add on the avocado. Today, I went in and found out they (just recently??) started charging an additional $1 for tofu!! Who does that!! I've never been to any restaurant that charges more for the non-meat option!! So if I don't want to pay an additional $1 then I just don't get the protein that comes with my bowl? When Bolay first opened up around here and I tried it out I was so excited to find a place that has a good meal and even decent tofu! Not feeling that same excitement anymore, especially with the "change of season" throwing my usual order out of whack. The creamy garlic sauce doesn't have the same appeal as the carrot ginger did and Bolay doesn't offer any other vegan sauces. Also kind of ridiculous I can't find a "contact us" form anywhere on the Bolay site. Would have just provided it as feedback in that manner and hope for a response/explanation, but I suppose this works, too. Sorry Jupiter Bolay. TL;DR: the food is great (most of the time), but the price increase on the tofu is ridiculous. read more

I give you only 4 stars because your food need to have more flavor. The shrimps are not the same when you started, no juice or tender, the pasta was like chewing plastic, the other food very low in sodium. Don't need to go crazy with salt, just enough to taste good. Kosher salt make food to taste better, some black pepper and sometimes a little heat, like sweet or mild chilies will enhance the flavor. I brought my food home and I added some Latino spice, it changed completely, I enjoyed it very much. Usually when I go to this location, the food is great, but it appears as if they have had a major staff change, both serving and cooking in the back. It's understandable, but doesn't mean you can serve food like you did today. Rice was undercooked, mushrooms were dry, chicken was rubbery, and a few other things. We are very happy that Bolay has made it to Jupiter. You can choose to have a very healthy meal-my favorite is kale base with a little bit of quinoa, broccoli, mushrooms and tofu. Or you can be like my husband and have rice, broccoli and pork. They are very generous on the base choice, so keep that in mind if you're trying to keep your calorie count low. This is, as far as I know, the third Bolay in the area. Our favorite remains the one in Lake Worth even though they all offer the same menu. We found the seasoning in Jupiter to be a little heavy handed, to the point that we don't get either the potatoes or the green beans. Also, the sweet potatoes aren't on the menu in Jupiter-I don't know if they've fallen off the menu at all of the stores, but it is a loss as they were truly delicious. And while I'm comparing-Lake Worth has the most generous portions, but Jupiter has the nicest place to sit outside. Nonetheless, I recommend all of them for a delicious (and if you want, healthy) meal. read more

The food has been setting on their serving tables who knows how long, I ordered steak as my protein which has an up charge as it says cooked to order but they gave me the dry looking beef that was already on the serving table, definitely not cooked to order. The food was very dry and not very hot at best I would say warm. I've gotten better at a mall food court! Food tastes good, staff (Torin and Olivia served us) very helpful and friendly and service was fast. I was disappointed however. Limited selection of veg (they said Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes are out of season) so on keto my choice was kale or spinach base, I got spinach (barely a handful), only keto friendly veggies were mushrooms, broccoli or green beans (again less than a serving spoon full). I chose broccoli and mushroom. Chose the lemon chicken, and spicy Thai sauce, no add-ons. I chose the small bowl (emphasis on small - amounts of base veg and proteins that is. See attached pic). Like I said flavors were good, quality was good, portion for what you pay? Not so much. $8.29 + drink $2.39 x two because I brought my son for his first visit. Total = $22.86 for basically what equals a snack for someone on keto or a teenage boy. Disappointed ps- noise level was off the chain so ambience not so great good in a pinch but not gonna be a go to unless I have no choices or pancheros or chipotle or any place that has decent sized servings where I can get low or no carb is open. Sorry Bolay, you are healthy and your food is delicious but not single-mom price friendly. Heading home now to make some more food for my son because it left him still hungry.
