How awesome it is that there is a Bolay in Jupiter! I generally will stop at the locations on Northlake or Okeechobee but this location is so fantastic. Not to distort my reviews on the other two, but this location is a bit smaller and more intimate; it feels special. It's been very clean on the occasions I've visited, and not overwhelmingly crowded at 7pm. With that said, all items listed were available and there was an ample amount; nothing worse when there is only one ladle of broccoli or teriyaki chicken left! And on that point, all the bases, vegetables, and proteins here are fresh and well prepared. The staff is very friendly and professional. I recommend this Bolay, and this is coming from a person who will leave a Bolay and drive 15 minutes to another if the vibe isn't right. I highly endorse this establishment. read more

We have been coming to Bolay for a couple of years now. It is an excellent establishment for a those who want something different from other restaurants. Further, an entire gluten free meal. Their bowls are packed full of flavor and you pick all of the ingredients. They also have a few options that are chef inspired meals (pre-picked). We've never been disappointed eating here, regardless of the city. The employees are always welcoming and smiling. The inside is island inspired with bright colors. They also have fountain juice drinks, plus the regular soda drinks. Die this visit I had the cilantro noodles with zucchini and broccoli with mojo pork. This time I added pesto sauce, normally the garlic sauce is best with it, but anything goes here! It was delicious. The pork is moist and tender, not fatty. The veggies were cooked just right. This Bolay just opened in the past few months. It's not far from 95 on Indiantown Road in Jupiter, where Nick's Tomato Pie was previously located for decades. It adjoins a walk-in clinic and a Blaze Pizza. The staff who helped us were beyond friendly and also laid back; as in, they did't seem stressed or harried. My server offered to let me sample any item I wanted and gave me a generous helping of the new beans veggie option. My kids liked the beans! Me too, so I ordered this today. As always, the food was satisfying and delicious. Thank you Bolay for sending take-out/leftovers in paper dishes/boxes. read more

The staff here is so nice, we drove an hour away to come here. Came on Valentines and a brunette girl started off our bowls. She was really nice, but Gian is a superstar. We came back 2 days later because of how good the food was and just how kind he is. He answered a few questions I had, was super helpful and went above and beyond. Vibes are immaculate, Garrett was also there and he was nice and multi tasking, talking to my boyfriend while we waited for the teriyaki chicken. Super generous, nice staff, food is fresh and both time we came close to closing but they were bringing out more food anyways to ensure every option was available. I love bolay and I have had it at several different locations however this particular location was a bit of a disappointment. I got a regular size bowl with lime cilantro noodles, potatoes, pork, cheese, broccoli. The pork and potatoes were delicious however the noodles felt as if they were under cooked and still slightly hard, the broccoli according to my sister was under cooked and seemed a little older than they should have been. The serving size was a little under whelming compared to the other locations. in conclusion I won't stop eating bolay because it's a delicious however I may think twice about eating at this particular location. read more

I was super excited to be able to try this location of bolay. I haven't been in a couple of years and couldn't wait to try their new items. I tried the for bidden black rice which I did not feel was cooked all the way it was very crunchy or dried out one of the two. I loved the sweet potato noodles. I also tried the balsamic mushrooms and they did not have a ton of flavor so I'm not sure I would recommend that to anyone. I was a little disappointed when I realize that they forgot the toppings that I had asked for once I got back to my vehicle. I felt like they were rushed and didn't listen. Let me start off by saying I love LOVE love Bolay, and it was my first time venturing off to another location and I sort of wish I did not do. I did not eat at the location, I had a to go order. This Bolay left a bad taste, the noddles and broccoli seemed undercooked, on top of that the broccoli I was served did not seem anywhere near fresh and it was burned. The pesto sauce in the little container did not seem as fresh as the sauce from my normal go to location, however the one they put directly on my food was better. To end on a good note, the potatoes were great and I cannot wait till the sweet potatoes are back in season. The staff was super friendly and the decor is as expected. read more

This is your healthier chipotle, if anything I think this place has more of a variety as chipotle is only cater to being Mexican food with bolay you can do you anything you want. Let me first say, I'm a huge fan of Bolay and have been for several years. We are customers at the Jupiter location and the Northlake location at least 3 to 4 times a month. Today we stopped at the Jupiter location for lunch and were shocked to find out that they no longer carry shrimp or the white meat chicken breast they recently introduced, which was a huge hit with us. When we asked the young man serving us, who was extremely polite and efficient, what happened, he explained we are now a test store and no longer carry those items. Being in the business myself for many years, the traditional way of testing new items is through limited time offers which you can plug-in play as needed. This is done as not to upset the core menu or those favorites by many of your current guests. Had this restaurant been identified upon entry or somewhere near the menu boards as a test restaurant, we could've had a better understanding. Extremely disappointed that the location closer to our home is now a test store and forces us to travel down to Northlake Boulevard in order to enjoy some of our very favorite items. read more

Who doesn't want to eat clean these days? There are tons of tasty gluten free choices, you wouldn't know you're missing anything decadent. It hits all the right spots, from tangy, to salty to sweet, all of the bases are covered. And yes, the BASES! Like most other trendy order-at-the-counter style eateries, it's a pick your base and add toppings type of place - all of which are gluten free with vegan options. Bol (bowl) options are small, large and kids side with 7 proteins to pick from, including tofu ahi tuna and shrimp. The also offering catering and surprisingly trendy printed tees and tanks with wording like "Bolay all day" and "Don't Kale my Vibe" I'm excited for the grand opening.
