Bottomless cole slaw came extra fast. Our drinks were great, especially the frozen watermelon dragon fruit margarita. My go to Red Robin Royal Burger was good, they did runny egg, bc I forgot to say over hard. Great lettuce wrap. Santa Fe Salmon was great. Only issues were cleanliness. Floors need deep steam or pressure wash. Smell of something in room. Our table is a folding sides and the creases had crud. Probably need to cover or fold down to clean between customers. Also a couple bone frags in burger. Overall a better chain experience than the past.

Horrible experience, walked in 2 hostesses on their phones, then they have to "wipe down a table"…read moreso it's wet when they sat us. After 12 minutes of waiting and after a couple that was already seated when we got there walked out, we did too. 2 servers passed by our table twice, no I'll be right with you, no can I take a drink order, but one did have time to stop by the hostess station to BS with them for a minute. Obviously the management of the place is the problem and the employees don't care. There are way too many places to spend my money at, I'll go someplace where they actually like having customers walk-in the door. Never again at this location (and we are loyal Red Robin customers).

I've been to Dave & Buster's before in California, but this is my first time actually going to one in Arizona and this one's located at the Tucson marketplace. I've been to other Arcade parties but compared to Peter Piper's or Chuck E Cheese the atmosphere I much prefer. I went at 8 pm and the place was not crazy busy, with many families enjoying food in booths and gaming. The father of my Godson was playing trivia in the bar area/dinning area guarding with birthday presents. I found the seats really comfortable with a full bar available and a number of people enjoying beers at the bar with food. The selection of games to play was so vast for the kids. The God kids are under ten years old, so older children might have different tastes, but plenty of skeet ball, claw machines, racer games were available, as well as traditional arcade video games. I played a round of trivia with six other players and won that round. I prefer with night time atmosphere at Dave and Busters to the bright dining space of Peter Piper. I think because it was the latest time of day I've ever gone to a arcade party, there were far fewer kids yelling and having melt downs. This was the most positive experience attending a party an arcade that I ever remember having. It was so fun. The family had food and play packages for the event and you pick how much play you want; prices vary dramatically from $19 for $10 of play and an appetizer, to the upper end of a $60 power card for unlimited play all day plus an appetizer. The store had its own specials and i believe the family had two $40 power cards that were gifted by an uncle for gaming. During the time I was there, many staff came by to make check if I needed food and drink while I was enjoying the trivia. Due to winning a round of trivia, we were given a voucher for the arcade prize store, which had the kids happy with more spending power. Mission accomplished for a happy birthday.

Server kept us in drinks and let is take our time to visit and order food as we were ready. The noise level was about a 6 of 10 and the crowd was light for a Friday night. Would definitely make it a stop again on a bro date to have a few beers and play a few games and talk a lot of smack with friends.

Drinks were available at the venue bar or the Tap Room adjoining. There was also a big water dispenser available. The staff were nice and seemed happy. I asked for a recommendation for a mocktail at the Tap room, and the bartender said water. My friend ordered a mocktail and she said he was right, she should have ordered water, the drink was not worth $10. It's always fun to go downtown for a concert, there's so much to see and do.

There was no clear explanation and no opportunity to order. The tap room wasn't full, and it was obvious there were people there who appeared to be regulars. Meanwhile, we were turned away without being given the same chance. We left feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, and singled out. As a group of Mexican customers, the experience left us questioning whether we were treated differently because of our ethnicity. Whether that was the intention or not, that is how the interaction made us feel. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures every customer is treated with respect and fairness.
