I stopped here on my way to Raleigh one evening. Going into this place was like being in Mayberry or somewhere. Gun-toting old men & their wives...I do declare. I was looking for their horses because it felt like I was in a Western movie. The restroom was somewhat clean. The dining room was organized to allow for social distancing. The service was ok. I can't blame the cashier for being frustrated when I got there to place my order because he was spoken to very rudely by gun-toting "John Wayne" in front me. I had to remind the staff member to just breathe. We can't control the ignorance or rudeness of others. Woosah!! I waited for fresh chicken wings, which I was excited about...UNTIL I got to my car and opened the box. Those weren't any wings I've ever seen. Looked more like they got them from baby chicks. They were T-I-N-Y!! They were even smaller than wingettes from the grocery store. For $6+, I expected them to be what I ordered. I won't go back. I really wanted Zaxbys across the street anyway, but the drive thru line was way too long. Next time, I will just wait. read more

This Bojangles is one of the worst in our area. For some reason the biscuits never taste the same and for way too many times the sides are not hot. Lukewarm at best. The employees delivering your food at the takeout are never friendly. Would choose this location as a last resort! read more

For some reason some people in the southern states have lack of common sense or perhaps lack of oxygen in their brain cels or maybe their dna shows brothers and sisters and cousins marrying to each other and keeping in the family wherever the reason is I came here to Nashville Nc and went to Bojangles restaurant I tell u the food is good and I ordered cheddar bo with Cajun chicken fillet and egg in it. For some reason They can not do it maybe their brains can't function properly, who knows just look 2 of the pics all separate that's how I got it - and Look at the other one I have to put everything together honestly my way looks 1000 times better than theirs. read more

I've been reading previous reviews, and noting they were mostly a year old. My husband and I come through here about 4 times a year. Although we don't always stop at this particular location, we have in the past year or more. The staff is always friendly, the food is Bojangles quality, and I have never had any reason to complain. Service was also great! read more

I like Bojangles but when I come to this particular location it seems that something is always wrong with my order. First it seems that orders taken are rushed and when repeated it's sped through like a fast forwarded cassette tape.. Just a tip: If someone orders coffee please ask if they want cream and sugar.. On my recent visit I asked for vanilla creamer and received none.. Also, on another recent visit I ordered fresh cinnamon twists so I had to move up from the drive thru to wait.. Unfortunately, I had to call inside after almost 1O minutes of waiting and of course the rest of my food was cold. I received apologies, received the cinnamon twists and no they did not look freshly made at all. I give up.. read more

I live in Nashville. I have been to this restaurant numerous times. Went recently on a Saturday morning 4 people ahead of me in line waited 15 minutes without any service and finally left. I heard the couple in front of me saying this is the slowest service they ever receive at any Bojangles. The next day on Sunday I stopped in about 12 o'clock noon for the drive thru on my way home from work. I set in the same position in line for 15 minutes without ever moving. I understand that it was when the church crowd was getting out but to have not moved in 15 minutes was ridiculous and the line was to the edge of the parking lot closest to McDonald's. I finally left and went over to McDonald's and was in and out of the drive-thru in 7 minutes. The food at this restaurant is good if they would speed up their service. read more

First let me say that I absolutely love bojangles food! That's where the 2 comes from. It's delicious and one of my favorite places to eat. However, this one in Nashvile, NC has been disappointing every single time I have gone. I moved here three years ago from Clayton. I was happy to see they had a bojangles. But, every single time I have gone in all the three years I have been living here...which has probably been maybe 7 times. Only because I wanted it so bad and was just hoping that maybe just maybe they would get it right. I've been there and have gotten cold fries, cold and old chicken, the wrong order, and is literally sitting in my car at the Zaxby's across the street after leaving from there because of the terrible customer service. The girl that was taking our order expressed that they didn't have any supremes or dark meat. So, my husband proceeded to order something else. He asked if they had any wing kids meal (seeing they didn't have any dark meat) and she got so smart with him and it just wasn't necessary. So, I'm done with giving them chances. It's obviously a sign that it's not meant. Which hurts because I hate to have to travel out the way to get good food and service. But, it will be well worth it. read more

Don't ever go to this location, it took a least 30 minutes to get our order taken after standing in line listen to cashier talk about everything from four wheelers to hunting with each customer!!! If you are like me when I go to eat that's what I want to do not have a conversation with the cashier!! I was extremely disappointed and will never go back!! read more

Love the sweet tea! Great service and always fast in the drive thru. Last place to get chedderbo biscuit heading west to Raleigh.
