Just got a Cajun filet combo and you couldn't bite into the chicken because the inside of the filet was very hard.

We are down south visiting and decided to stop at Bojangles since we have never seen it before!! We ordered 2 chicken tender meals, 5 chicken sandwich meals, and a 2 piece box. We also ordered 8 of their blueberry cookies. The drive through staff was very patient with us as we read over the menu and asked us to pull up for 1 of our sandwich due to them having to make it... we were told it was going to be 5 min. Ok!! No problem, after driving 6hrs we were more than willing to wait! 12min later I walked into the dinning area with my receipt that was time stamped and asked for the status of our sandwich and was welcomed by the clerk in the front. She walked over and asked for the status and the blond looked at her and snarky as can be responded... it's only been 3min it's coming... just not called for and why I took 2 stars away. The restaurant dinning area was clean and the bathrooms were well kept. Food: everything tastes great! Chicken tenders were fairly small, chicken sandwiches were perfect!! The people at drive thu, can never get a order right. I requested mayo and jam with order. Had to ask for a bag to put box and ff in. Once home the green beans was turned on its sides leaking the liquid all over the biscuit and chicken. Lady acted like she was being disturbed from standing and talking. You would thing waiting 7 mins for chicken to finish cooking the order would have been done right. I noticed that there wasn't any cars in the parking lot. Everytime I come here the food is never fresh, it just always seems like the food has been sitting out all day. The chicken looks and taste old, the fries never fresh just STALE and old. The tenders are chewy. Everything about this place DISGUSTING. The employees just hand you whatever just to get you out of the line. Also get rid of the automated system it's point less. read more

Food is Bojangles - if you know then you know. Not really a complaint there. The first Bojangles I've been to where the drive thru was horrible. The girl working the window was insanely rude, didn't even say anything to us. Her attitude was just sour. Sooooo..."Its COVID" is why the dining room is closed 10/10/23. Today, 12/2/23, "short staffed" with at least 6 employees standing around at 7:02. Dining room opens at 6:00. I'm a VERY understanding guy on REAL problems. The only REAL problem I've ever seen here is laziness and a lack of desire to serve the customer, you know, the one who pays the bills. Laziness--the new pandemic...sorry, back on topic I do not do the drive thru because as a man in my mid 40's, I feel I've earned the right to choose. If I wanted drive thru only, I'd simply go to that type of establishment. I just ask for a simple biscuit at a table with a cup of coffee to start my day. No worries for the Management that is reading this. I'm not going to mention the keys that were left in the outside door lock to show the level of seriousness your key holders show for the sensitive nature of the job. Also, please don't worry about me getting to eat Bojangles today, I went to your Rutherford College location who is always open and runs their store like it's a profession and not a job. High schoolers running a restaurant. Ordered an 8 piece box with fixings an hour ahead online. When I arrived to pick up my order I waited for 10 minutes at the counter before I was acknowledged. However, during this time, 4 employees pushed past me to go outside and catch a smoke? I was then told they only had thighs and legs available and, "which combination would I like?" After a 20 minute wait I left with sweet tea, not unsweetened, as ordered, and a box of thighs with cold mashed potatoes and gloppy gravy. This place needs adult supervision read more

I visited this location at 7:45am and was blown away at how filthy the restroom was (men's). Clearly the previous shift nor the current shift bothered to even attempt to make the restrooms presentable. Paper towels on the floor, fecal matter on the toilet seat, literal chicken in the sink. Ordered a Bo-Round and was given the oldest Bo-rounds I've ever seen. Requested a new order and was given them in 5 minutes. There were at least 7 people I could see in the building "working", 3 of which were glued to their smartphone. Overall pathetic experience. New management is necessary. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE! Food was awful. I'd rather eat a cheap motels free breakfast than eat from here. Quality was bad and service sucked. Workers only care about being on their phones and vaping outside. Very aggravating that the lobby is not open at 8:15 in the morning. Several of us meet periodically to talk, but don't want to go through the drive through. I know covid changed things but we are coming out of that debacle and need to get back to a new normal! Possibly a management issue. The management is absolutely awful and the service is poor. As far as the food, it's not bad. The cook does their job. And the person running the front register is constantly having to do multiple jobs by taking orders and running food the the counter and even filling up the orders. Meanwhile the manager is moping around doing nothing and 2 people running the drive thru with one just taking orders and the other just standing around. If you choose the drive thru you may get quicker service but I'd advice do NOT go in! You'll wait 20 minutes for the food or possibly not to even be noticed at all in the lobby. I'd choose elsewhere before thinking of coming to this particular location. read more

I came inside to skip the long drive in line. I was second in line at the counter for over 10 minutes while the staff focused on the drive in line. They didn't have any time to help folks actually waiting inside at the counter. Gave me plenty of time to notice how absolutely disgusting and filthy the place was so ended up leaving without eating. Absolutely horrible service. I came in and a petite woman with glasses (the receipt said Caitlin) had a terrible attitude right off the bat. Threatened to lock he doors because of rude customers when I asked to be served. I do not recommend. Terrible customer service. read more

I don't know why they have a huge sign out front that invites you to eat inside because the dining room is not open for customers. Even still, I have never once gone through this drive through and had my order turn out correct. Check your order. read more

This Bojangles was so unorganized and we had to clean the tables because all the tables were dirty and as we were eating a employee comes out and tells us that we have to go bc they are closing the dining in but they only told us and not the other family that was eating there as well . read more

The girl who rang our orders up completely screwed up everything we got as well as the fellow in front of us. She even complained to us about wanting to go home and got an attitude with my friend fir messing up her order. We will not be going back to this location. 10/10 would not recommend. Totally screwed up the order twice. got an attitude when we corrected her, screwed up the order of the people in front of us also, manager has blue hair maybe this contributes to the low IQ staff. read more
