I love me some Bojangles and try to go to one if it's remotely close. The food at this location is mostly good. The chicken is amazing. I can barely tolerate the heat, but it is DELICIOUS. The cajun rice is very blah, dry, hard, reminds me of Popeyes. Biscuits is similar to Popeyes. But you're here for the chicken and that sweet, sweet tea to get sugared UP. The wait time is pretty terrible. Did the staff have orders on the drive thru side as well? Yes but, one person on the register taking orders AND fulfilling orders? It's just not very efficient. Worst customer service I've had in a while. We got there this morning for breakfast. Went inside, and there were two other people waiting to be helped. Not sure how long they had been there. But we waiting about 10 minutes. The whole time, not a single person came to the counter to help the customers. They saw us there. I made eye contact with them. But they were focused on the drive thru only. I decided to walk over to that employee and asked her if they had anyone who could help us. She looked at me and said "there are only four of us here. I don't have time for that" Well then close your lobby. If you don't have the adequate staff to help both lobby and drive thru... CLOSE YOUR LOBBY. In my book, it's always Bo time!! I love the lightly seasoned, tender, mouthwatering Cajun style chicken here!! It's crispy and flaky on the outside and moist and delicious on the inside, always cooked to perfection! I'm in love with the fluffy, made from scratch buttermilk Bo biscuits and the choices for sides are good ole country favorites: mashed potatoes, green beans, famous dirty rice (with bits of sausage), hot spicy fries, hash rounds, mac n' cheese and more! They also have salads and kid's menu! When I'm looking for a fast food meal for an army, I never go wrong with their tailgate boxes! All their chicken meals come with complimentary Legendary iced tea! I always get fast service here and I get even better deals to their already great prices with their coupons! I've never been a fan of Bojangles, but I've changed my mind. I am in love with their boberry biscuits and the Botato Rounds! I'm not a fan of biscuits due to the texture, but it seems if there is enough icing on them they taste just like dessert. I had the chicken biscuit. It wasn't a bad eating experience, but I don't have the desire to try it again. I was stunned by how thick the hashbrowns were. I was able to taste the seasoning (maybe onion powder?) and was overly happy that I didn't taste that fast food after taste. I think Bojangles has convinced me to be a little more open minded when it comes to some of the items they have to order. These two menu items would be a reason for me to return. read more

Best fried chicken in the fast food game! I would offer the chicken is better and variety of options is wider than their contenders. The service is always quick. The locations I have been to are generally well kept and clean. When you are down south you are just so excited to see different fast food chains. I probably haven't had chicken from Bojangles in 30 years. I was so excited to go that I made sure since my daughter was the passenger seat driver her only requirement was to pay attention to the signs and look for bojangles. So I am not a breakfast person so the best thing about Bojangles is that they start serving friend chicken at 930am. I also felt like the prices were real reasonable. My kids like a whole football team and I was able to buy 20 pieces of chicken for $20. I am guessing that popeyes and Bojangles may be under the same umbrella and it also tastes the same. This place really needs to get their shit together. It's Father's Day and we pulled in to get our meals, there was no one monitoring the drive through, no one at the first window and they made us get back in line to take our order. When we pulled around, there was still no one at the window. We then were told to reverse back to the first window to give payment. None of them were in the zone to work - yet fast food wants $15.00 an hour. The customer service was garbage!! It also sounds like they are playing games on their phones and one yelled saying "I just want to be home with my dad". While I understand this - you have a job to do. That doesn't mean half ass it. I had never been to Bojangles before but I saw an ad for ham biscuits and decided to give them a try. Normally I go to Hardee's for ham biscuits so that's my point of comparison. Bojangles was comparable to Hardee's though I thought the ham slice was slightly thinner than Hardee's but taste wise it's a toss up. Biscuit was similar maybe less crumbly than Hardee's. Service was quick and efficient and setting area pleasant and clean. I'll be back. read more

My fish sandwhich was lightly fried and the bread it was on had a sweetness similar to a kings Hawaiian roll. Simply put it was AMAZING!! However my dining experience was tainted by how long it took to get the food!! We waited over 13 minutes for "fast food" . Also- the employee packaging our food up whipped his nose while putting our order together which resulted in us throwing away an order of borounds!! After waiting, un-acknowledged at the drive through, I had to call in to the store to be sure the drive through was still open since when i drop up there were 2 cars at the windows. The call was answered after numerous rings so I confirmed whether open or not. I was told drive through was open and that tue female working the drive through was assisting someone inside and would be with me shortly. I waited a short time more and she asked for my order. After relaying my order three times, she read it back to me and was correct with my order. However, since i was requesting all dark meat, i was told I would have to wait 20 minutes for it to cook. I agreed to wait since I only wanted dark meat. When I drove up to the window and paid, she asked said I had to pull up out of the way so any other people going through the drive through would be able to be serviced. I pulled all the way to the end of the driveway, out of the way for others and waited the 20 minutes for my order. True to form, about 20 minutes a male brought an order to my car. I thanked him and he turned and went back inside. I immediately began checking my order since there was so much confusion when it was placed and saw right away the order presented to me was not what I had requested. I went inside and the male and female came up to the counter and I explained what I ordered and showed them what was given to me. Only 1 of the 3 sides were correct and the 4th (additional side) was missing altogether. Then male took the incorrect sides and presented me with 1 of the missing sides ordered. He then told me he'll have to look at my receipt to see what I ordered to try and get it corrected. He spoke with the female and she explained what I ordered and that my order and another person's order must have got mixed up when packaging to give to the customers. After an additional 5 minutes to get the order straightened out, I was able to leave with my order. This is the 3rd time I've experienced such unpleasing experiences in such a short period of time so I don't believe I'll be returning unless I know positive changes have been made. Previous horrible experiences I've called in my complaint to the number advertised and the person taking the complaint had no more care, concern or common manners than the store employees. No personality, no manners, no common courtesies. WHERE ARE YOU SELECTING YOUR EMPLOYEES, MANAGERS AND CORPORATE STAFF FROM? Why don't you just close the place and save your company from wasting the money keeping it open? Having moved north (Rhode Island) a few years back, I have been in dire need of fried chicken. KFC rules the roost up here with the odd Popeyes (1 or 2). I am not a KFC fan. So I was extremely happy to stumble on to a Bojangles. A few years back I worked in Charlotte NC and this was one of the spots I stopped at on a regular basis. So jackpot! Well, this store looks relatively new and is clean and tidy. The folks in the back were pretty quick on getting the order. I will say the guy taking my order seemed a little preoccupied and I had to keep repeating my order. I guess "3 piece dark" is a bit much. After he plugged in the 3 piece, he asked if I wanted white or dark. Go figure. Anyway, the chicken was hot and fresh all tough a little on the small side. The biscuit was big, but over cooked. I also had the dirty rice which was fantastic. Not sure if it is because it had been a while or not, but it was the star of the show. The price was very reasonable given the competition. read more

I've never been to a bojangles and had this bad of an experience. My order took around 20 minutes and my food still came out cold. The cold food wasn't the only problem nor was was my timely wait. It was the customer service. I was told to pull forward and to wait for my order. Once my food arrived I politely asked for an extra sauce and I was told "I'm not coming back out here."
