If I could put a zero I would. Management is terrible! You can't even get sauce with your french fries unless you pay extra for it. The cashier was very rude as well! After paying for the sauces, she didn't even get type of sauces right! They only have one good cashier at this establishment, and unfortunately, he wasn't there today. Almost every single time I have visited this Bojangles there's something missing from my order. One time I ordered a biscuit and gravy (something I have ordered plenty of times from Bojangles) and the gravy was not the color or consistency as it normally was. I tasted it, and it tasted terrible, so I called to tell management and the manager told me, "The gravy is what it is." That should tell you what you need to know about this place. read more

Where to start. I do love Bojangles in general. However this particular location is the worst I've ever been to. And this is including staff, customer service ,food, wait times and quality. I get a few different things sometimes either is the chicken breast dinner or a Cajun filet biscuit. Sausage and cheese biscuits so on and so forth. I've tried going in the morning in the afternoon in the evening and a few times in between all the same location and almost always the chicken is dry overcooked or so much smaller than the actual biscuit. It's just not a good experience so much so that after about the 5th or 6th time experiencing this I called like the Bojangles' home office customer service line and I guess you could say and their solution was to have my order redone at that same location. This that seemed very annoyed by the fact that they had to redo an order that was already paid for and the redone order was just as bad if not worse as the original. I have since stopped going to this location cuz you live and learn if I keep going to this place you know obviously it's on me at that point. What I would recommend is going to either the James City location or the best Bojangles I've ever been to is actually the one in Newport. Are you still live down there first time and every time I passed on that way if I'm going to like Morehead City for the day we usually stop there for lunch if not no need pizza but we're sticking on the topic of Bojangles for the sake of this review. The Newport location has never had dry chicken it's always perfectly cooked juicy great biscuits not overdone so on. This location sucks. This location the biscuits are hard they're dry they're old the chicken is dry and overcooked. My dad gets their bow biscuits I guess something for the morning and they're old and crusty that this is just don't waste your time and don't waste your money because the the lines are not worth the quality food that you get. Go elsewhere! Plus the staff is extremely rude. read more

This is my first time here, a fast food chicken spot. Went through the drive thru to make it quick. The food was average at best, nothing spectacular but glad I was able to check the box that I've tried this place before. We stopped in to Bojangles for breakfast. The sausage gravy and biscuits are fantastic. The sausage patties have a robust sage flavor. Try grape jelly on the top half of a sausage biscuit. Mind blowing good. read more

It's Bo'time!!! We say this often now. Twice I have had the bojangles chicken and oh man Is the chicken delicious. It's crunchy on the outside, well seasoned, and oh so tender on the inside. The biscuits are absolutely made with love. Their gravy and mashed potatoes are alright. The fries are flavorful my kids love them. The blueberry biscuits is sweet and a wonderful desert. Good heavens the sweet tea here is awesome. Customer service here is wonderful. The employees seem to like the food they serve, almost proud of the food. They seem to work as a team. Gross. I stupidly got a rice bowl thinking that maybe it would be like plain rice with grilled chicken. Instead it was a bunch of salt-saturated, almost gelatinous, flavored rice covered in more salt-saturated chicken bites. It was disgusting. Solid Bojangles. My group of 8 guys had quick service , correct orders adn good food in a clean dining room.

The food is absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly even when they're busy. The problem is that this location can get EXTREMELY busy on weekends and evenings. I ordered a Tailgate Special after work on Friday. I was quoted a wait time for chicken of 20 minutes. I walked out about 45 minutes later. The food, though, was hot and still delicious. Just be warned: You may well be waiting a while for larger orders. read more
