Went through the drive-through with my husband about 3:30 today. The bun was not fresh, and the meat was cold. The cheese was not melted at all. Fries were cold. I placed an order for a asiago chicken sandwich, classic meal and was given some kind of a burger meal. The side was wrong as well as the main sandwich. However, the drink was correct. I called the Wendy's location and they said that they would replace it so I went two days later to get it replaced they made me go inside, which I was not told I would have to do when I called in with the incorrect order. I was not too happy with regards to that after a long day of work. I went inside. They gave me my food and I double checked with the lady who gave it to me and said this is an asiago chicken sandwich no tomato correct and she said yes I didn't look. I thought they could not possibly do it wrong two times but guess what they did. Instead, I got some ghost chicken sandwich which is spicy and I cannot eat either. So now I have two meals that I paid for and couldn't eat. I would never recommend them ever, go to a different city! read more

My husband and I drove through on our way home from the vet, to treat the dogs after their appt. We ordered 8 bacon egg cheese sandwiches amongst a few other things. We were asked to pull up to wait as they needed to make them. Upon returning home with our order, I was disgusted to find that at least four of the sandwiched had rock hard buns that they drenched in butter to mask. The butter hardened on the outside of the buns giving them a shiney greasy film.​ It literally made me gag. I suspect we arrived near the breakfast cut off time and they gave us the leftover hard, sandwiches rather than make fresh. I will never go to that particular store for breakfast again! read more

Used to really like this Wendy's but today I went in and got my regular, a large baconator meal with a lemonade , when they handed me the meal it was medium, and when I asked about it they were rude and told me that I didnt order a large when I did and was offering to pay for a large, but I said whatever than went and sat down, after drinking my lemonade it was about 70% ice so I drink it in two seconds when I went up for a refill like I normally do they were rude and told me they don't do refills on lemonade when they always did before. Decided to give Wendy's drive thru a try after seeing ad for pumpkin spice frosty. Ordered burger, medium fries and medium frosty. Machine for pumpkin spice frosty broken so ordered chocolate. Received small fries instead of medium, small frosty instead of large. So almost $13 for nothing. Total fail. Won't be going back, even if the pumpkin spice frosty machine is fixed. read more

The girl stated bluntly the purchase amount & took my card, and handed it back to me, no receipt. She proceeded to hand me the bags of food (No "Please", no "Thank you"). I was looking through the bags to make sure I had everything before going home. No cheese & onions that I paid extra to get. The manager came to the window asking if I needed something, I told her about the missing cheese & onions. She confronted the server about the orders, then she handed them to me, again without any courtesy. I drove home, only to discover that the server didn't give me my drink. I drove back, told them I came for my drink that I didn't get. When I was at the window, I noticed one other girl was pouring some tea from one cup to the one she served to me, making sure it was unsweet tea, then told me to have a great night. The other server was on her phone. I checked to make sure it was unsweet, then looked back at them, laughing at me. I've been to his particular Wendy's many times, especially when it was busy, and have always had something missing from my order, but this time it wasn't busy. No offer of a consolation for the lack of service. I tried calling to talk with the manager, but nobody picked up, and they were still open. This is the last time I'll be going there. read more

So I walked in expected to receive a hot meal like any other paying customer. Well I was wrong, I was literally served a burger that was cold enough that it felt as if it was pulled out of their refrigerator and put onto my tray. I carried it back up to the counter and I explained to the lady what was wrong. She had the response of a question asking "you wanted your bun warmed?". Like seriously? I asked her if she ate her burgers cold from the refrigerator and if she would had been pleased with this kind of service. She took my burger and had a new one made while I watched. If I could feel how cold the burger was through my wrapper then I know the workers and cooks could as well. So if you want food from the refrigerator other than the one in your home then this is the perfect spot to eat. Just make sure you tell them to hold the cold and warm it up.‍ read more
