What a great meal! Burger, fries and a drink all for one reasonable price. Fresh fresh fresh veggies on the burger. Perfect fries! Ladies and Gentlemen, there is NO BETTER BURGER than a Gigi's burger. PERIOD! Over and over again, Gigi's is innovative, constantly changing up the menu and always coming up with something new. We enjoyed the new Chipotle Burger, with their signature chipotle aioli sauce, peppers, cheddar, onions, cheddar cheese, and their famous smash burger. OMG I can't get enough and am never disappointed. If you walk away hungry there is something wrong. read more

Amazing burgers. I have been to Gigi's Snack Shack several times and tried many of the different burgers. Whether you like a flavorful Mushroom/Swiss Burger, A mildly spicy Smokehouse burger (Great burger with the right amount of bite back), or the Classic Burger with the basic toppings. For the prices, you cannot go wrong. Especially considering that everything is cooked to order. No frozen patty here. Everything is great and the different sauces that Chef Jay makes are AMAZING. If you see Gigi's in your area, it will be in your interest to stop by and get a great burger. read more

Established in 2018.

Gigi's Snack Shack was created for my grandmother who passed away last year. She always loved great food family and fun so with my 20-plus years in the restaurant industry I decided to start a food truck business. I am very grateful and excited to make everyone happy and full.

I have been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years mostly specializing in Italian food and American Cuisine. I have worked at some of the top rated restaurants on the east coast of the United States, but always wanted to own my own business. Now with a great team around me, my experience and my passion for cooking we are introducing Gigi's Snack Shack.

I ordered the Scenario sliders and husband ordered the CowDogPig sliders. Each one came with 2 sliders. The Scenario was good but I liked the CowDogPig better. The Scenario contained 2 thin beef patties topped with American cheese, pulled pork, slaw, blue cheese dressing, and bacon jam. The pulled pork didn't have much flavor, just slightly sweet. The combination of all of the ingredients and flavors made it taste good. The CowDogPig had thin beef patties, cheese, Nathan's beef hot dog, grilled jalapenos and onions, and bacon jam. I will definitely get the CowDogPig next time! The Scenario sliders were enough for me but husband was still a little hungry. So you may want to order one of the tator tot sides or more sliders to make your meal filling.

There are no batteries in the town where we live, and none in the two neighboring towns either despite being larger than New Bern.
