I like how they provide a pager so you didn't have to wait in front of the truck until your food is ready. The owner was friendly and helpful in picking out entrees. I ordered the Scenario sliders and husband ordered the CowDogPig sliders. Each one came with 2 sliders. The Scenario was good but I liked the CowDogPig better. The Scenario contained 2 thin beef patties topped with American cheese, pulled pork, slaw, blue cheese dressing, and bacon jam. The pulled pork didn't have much flavor, just slightly sweet. The combination of all of the ingredients and flavors made it taste good. The CowDogPig had thin beef patties, cheese, Nathan's beef hot dog, grilled jalapenos and onions, and bacon jam. I will definitely get the CowDogPig next time! The Scenario sliders were enough for me but husband was still a little hungry. So you may want to order one of the tator tot sides or more sliders to make your meal filling.

The kids burgers were great portions and the tots were simple but enjoyable. They could spruce up the outside of the truck to bring people in but I'd say they are on the right track overall.

I looked at his website and you can tell the sub looks nothing like the picture. For $12 it was a very large but dry sub. The cheese was melted on the bottom of the bread, there was no juice from the meat, no onions (which I thought always came with a css) and there were a lot of bell peppers. I had to go buy a coke to get the sandwich down. I could not find this business on Yelp. I guess because it is a food truck and there is no physical store. I ordered the fried pork chops, collard greens and cabbage. The collard greens stole the whole show. Somebody is cooking these in straight love because they are the best restaurant greens I've ever eaten. If I'd known, I would have doubled those as my veggie. The cabbage was seasoned well but next to the collards, just paled in comparison. The pork chops were what I expected. The collards, though... get you some!

The seafood platter had two flounders, about 4oz each (we had ours fried), 4 shrimp (we had ours grilled with lemon pepper), four crab bites (fried). For what we paid, it was a great portion. The platter even included lemon for drizzling over all. Best $$ spent on a food truck for the portion we received.

This year, there were 13 of us, sharing multiple meals together. I reached out to the team at All About Churros to cater a lunch service for us. While I had experienced the wonderful food and service at their truck, much of our New Bern staff, and none of our remote staff, had had the pleasure. The AAC team put together a wonderful spread of Street Corn and a variety of Empanadas. And, of course, a delectable Churro tray. I should also note that they put all of the corn toppings on the side, so people could customize how spicy they wanted it. The entire experience from top to bottom was great! All of my team LOVED the empanadas - several of our staff had never even had one! I think more of the New Bern staff will be seeking out the truck in the future. We coordinated easily over email, and the team was able to easily accommodate our allergies (Tree Nuts and Strawberries). The price was more than reasonable, and the team delivered it to our office directly and right on time! I would definitely consider using them in the future for catering a gathering like this as well.
