Spring Rolls (3 Pcs), Pho Đặc Biệt also known as the Combination Beef Pho (P1).

Pho here was the best thing I've had in North Carolina for the last 4 days I've visited. Pretty close to some pho spots in Little Saigon in SOCAL. Prices seem to compare to other asian spots in this area. However, I like the taste here the best so far. This restaurant/boba shop is very cozy but the plaza has an okay amount of parking as well. The owners and staff seem friendly. I'll probably be back here to have the Pho again before heading back home. Also it's probably one of the few vietnamese places I've seen that have a drive thru. Very cool. I also appreciate that they're actually vietnamese. As opposed to other spots in the area.

They now offer pho (I've tried their beef noodle soup) and noodle salad (I tried the noodle salad with pork and a spring roll). Both were very yummy. I've gone back for additional orders of both items. Service is always pleasant. They're eager to customize requests. And the establishment is clean and well kept. Give them a try either for a sandwich or pho. All good stuff - I promise. Oh, and don't forget a bubble tea.

I went through the drive through on 5/14 and got a brown sugar milk tea, add cheese foam. I was a few minutes down the road and already back onto the highway when I realized that my drink had no boba in it. I called and all that I was told was 'i'll let management know' They offered for me to come back so they could add boba to my drink. However, at this point it's 6:15pm on a weekday and my priority lies in getting home to my children not backtracking for a drink. They offered no kind of compensation and I was extremely disappointed. The drink is delicious and I won't deny that, but to not add a main component to a drink and then not offer any kind of compensation for the error was disheartening.

Why have we not tried this place sooner! Delicious Vietnamese cafe featuring bánh mì (Vietnamese's baguette specialties), and milk teas. My sandwich was the #1 Bánh Mì (special traditional baguette): ham, pork bologna, pate (I skipped it on mine), butter, house special sauce, cucumber, cilantro, pickled daikon radish, pickled carrots, jalapeños. I had the Boba Panda milk tea. Bobas are small tapioca pearls, dyed black with dark sugar, added to black tea mixed with milk or non-dairy creamer. Delicious and a great variety.

SO GOOD! I got the milk lichee tea with tapioca balls, it was so wonderfully cold and sweet. I also got the spring rolls (summer roll), shrimp, noodles, herbs with peanut sauce and spicy sauce. Service was friendly, and fast. The space feels like a little cafe. Absolutely recommend.

Don't let my now married name fool you - I am proven by 23+Me to be 100% Vietnamese. I'm always on the lookout for my cuisine, wherever I travel. I've had LOTS of Vietnamese food! I stopped by during my lunch break. You guys, this place was HOPPING the entire time. I ordered my food, and it came out so fast. They handed me a giant fresh sandwich and my tea. Took about 5 minutes. Brought it back to my desk at work. I am literally crying as I type. This is the BEST banh mi sandwich I've had in years. The bread is crispy, but malleable. The sandwich is filled up with delicious pork and fresh, crunchy vegetables. I'm pairing this with my lychee tea, which I haven't even tried yet because this sandwich is just so good. I'm sure it's delicious. Check them out. You won't regret it.

The food is pretty good and the service is always nice to me, the owner is somehow super energetic friendly. The banh mi taste a lot better and crispy if u eat right away cause of the oven.

Fresh, delicious homemade Vietnamese food! I've had the Vermicelli Bowl twice and it has been absolutely perfect both times--tastes like a high end Vietnamese restaurant I love back home. My spouse got a Banh Mi that was just top tier. Add in the delicious boba drinks and this place is a 10/10.

I stopped in today and was greeted by friendly staff that answered my questions. I ordered the watermelon fruit tea with mango popping boba and it was refreshing and delicious. Will definitely be back cause I want to try one of their yummy looking sandwiches.

Great tea and what I love the most is you can ask for light sugar if you don't like it too sweet.

just really excellent Filipino food in an unexpected place like Jacksonville, North Carolina at…read moreslightly unreasonable value (great for the customer, but makes one question if the business can sustain it when charging so little for so much food). It was the first of three Filipino restaurants we visited on my wife's/my Carolina week long visit, and was the best out of all of them, even though by far it was the least expensive. Driving from Durham NC to Myrtle Beach, my wife and I took a longer route so we could eat at this 'Point-Point' steam table restaurant deep in the South. Steam table means everything is pre-cooked and sitting at a buffet station. The food can suffer in the same way that a buffet can: the food gets old fast and it definitely tastes different if you can get a fresh(er) batch vs one that has been sitting out for a while. We got there about 45 minutes before opening (opens at noon on a Sunday). It's in an isolated strip mall (seemingly in the middle of nowhere), with plenty of parking. As we waited in the car, we saw many prospective customers trying to get in. The doors opened promptly at 12 pm, and we were the 3rd party in line. The order taking process is intentionally slowed to allow the serving of the food to take place not long after it has been ordered and (pre)paid. This did mean that the line went out the door for our entire dine-in visit, and we got to see the make up of the regulars. Everyone was patient: it was very clear that it was mostly locals, coming not because they wanted Filipino food, but because they wanted good tasting food at a good price. It's a small dining area, but the vast majority of people were doing carry-out so there was always some seating available. They use Clover as the POS, and identify themselves as 'Filipino Cuisine'. We got the 3 choice combo plate ($16.99), served with white rice along with a can of coke ($1.99...no soda machine here) and a side of Ukoy ($2.50). There is a 4% surcharge for credit card use. Each choice was the size of a small a la carte portion, and one would have been enough for the two of us for lunch. The food was delivered to your table, and they will bus (or one can self-bus since a garbage can is available and everything is served in disposable containers). Ukoy - shrimp and vegetable fritter - really big piece and made that morning, so was still crispy. I really like vegetable fritters and this version was OK, a bit dry but that's what the accompanying vinegar dipping sauce was for. Pork Adobo - very tender meat, not too much fat, with added onions (what you would expect in a biftek). The amount of saltiness went perfectly with the white rice. Biftek - this had the sabaw of biftek, but the cut was cubed, meaning closer to caldereta. The beef cuts were just excellent (little gristle), very tender. This amount of beef would easily be $20 in a 'nice' Filipino restaurant. Pork Sinigang - really good, just the way I like it. Wasn't overly sour, with plenty of vegetables and generous amount of pork. The broth had definitely been skimmed of grease, resulting in a dish that was more homemade (where time is taken to do the skimming) than other turo-turo places I've been. Looking over the menu can tell you about the competition in the area, and it looks like Vietnamese Pho is pretty rare in Jacksonville. Turo Turo has Pho on their menu, and even modified their name to highlight it. I've found that many Filipinos like their dishes with all the extracted fat remaining, which makes much of their soup inedible for me (in that context, it's grease, not flavor-enhancing fat). But as noted, their sinigang was good, with most of the pork fat skimmed off the broth...so thinking their Pho is probably pretty good too. We've eaten at many, many Turo-Turo places (so many around where we live), and this place has to be near the top in terms of value and taste. Funny that it's in a place that we wouldn't expect, serving locals that one would expect in the area. Both of us really liked this restaurant, and the plentiful leftovers became our dinner that night with no regrets.

We like everything we have tried and were so glad to find this place since we recently moved to the area. From mild to to spicy hot they have evert range anyone could want. Portions are fair and we ended up taking some home from our lunch. Areas they could improve; I don't know if we hit them on a bad day, but it was really hot inside, since the food is also hot I tend not to want to eat if I get over heated. We were uncomfortably hot and sweating even before our food came out. Canned soda. Buy or lease a soda dispenser. You make more profits and can keep costs down. I really dislike restraints that serve only soda in cans, charge too much, then you have to ask for a cup and ice and there are no refills or larger portions.
