Never, never, never use their delivery service, which is DoorDash. The food is OK, but you will not get half of the items you ordered. And what you do get will be wrong. I guarantee it. Tonight, I got a reuben - made with roast beef. Yes, roast beef, sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. Gross as it sounds. Three times I have used doorDash to order from here. Three times the order came missing the dessert. The last two times I even asked to Dasher to double check before leaving the store. I give up. read more

The service is horrible. The two people working there at a time act like they do not want to be there. No welcome. No smiles. Just hollering between the two people about who is going to take care of the order. Nobody dines in probably because the service is bad. If a school or church bus pulled up that would be bad on both ends. I put up with it because I like their Spud potato. If it goes off the menu I can get any of their other options somewhere else cause their prices are outrageous. $45 for a sandwich, chips, potato, 2 chili bowls, no drinks. I've only ever had good experiences, every time I visit. The food is good, and always quick and friendly service.

In case, you didn't know it, this place is doing you a favor by taking your money. Walked in (4 people at tables, 2 employees wiping tables, 1 employee at the register, one employee in the kitchen) went to the counter. The woman turned to us and said she'll be right with us. She was packing a to-go order. After that was done she just stood there with her back to us waiting on food to pack another order. Then did the same thing and started another order. At that point we could see the handwriting on the wall and announced that we are leaving. The employees that looked up just shrugged their shoulders. Believe the reviews on here! read more

One look at this potato that I got for takeout pretty much tells everything. I wouldn't feed this to my dog. I called and spoke to the store manager today. She did not apologize. I asked her if I could send this photo to her to see how bad the mistake was and indicated to her that it would prevent me from making this post, but she declined. She suggested that the problem was likely due to a new person working there. However, Stevie Wonder (without training) could have figured out that you shouldn't serve this to a customer. Highly recommend you DO NOT visit McAlister's on Friday. My wife and I stopped after a gym session to grab dinner on the way home on June 28,2024 around 8pm. The cashier was rude and didn't seem like she wanted to help or be there. Our sandwiches seemed rushed and poorly made. I ordered the 12" French Dip and only received half of it and nothing to dip it in. My wife ordered a Jalapeño Turkey Crunch which was poorly made, missing the jalapeños. Safe to say we will not be visiting again. They also forgot the pickles!!!! read more

The staff was friendly and the food was good as usual but I was disgusted when I walked into their bathroom. The toilets were dirty and one was clogged with toilet paper and there was used paper towels scattered everywhere. I had high hopes of a great Deli sandwich here. I saw the picture on line of the French Dip and it looked amazing. The French Dip I got was greatly lacking in meat and flavor. It looked nothing like the one in the web on their site. The Au Jus tasted like burnt bullion and was not good at all. We got carry out today and it was great. The staff were friendly. The food was delicious. They wrapped the French Dip Au Jus in additional wrap to make sure it did not leak in the to-go container. I come here almost every Sunday and I've never had anything bad to say. But today the shorter brunette women that takes the food out to the tables was 100% on some type of drugs. She could barely keep her eyes opened and kept itching her nose. On the other hand the blonde girl taking orders at the register with the northern accent was great and did a fantastic job multitasking and also gave me and my friends great food recommendations. read more

I ate at this location yesterday and was very disappointed with the food, the service, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I should have left as soon as I walked in and saw that there were at least 6 tables that hadn't been bussed. One employee was sitting at one of the few clean tables apparently taking a break. I assumed thehat he would be clearing the tables after his break but that didn't happen. I had a grilled rueben which was listed as a hot sandwich. The bread was barely toasted and the meat was cold. The waitress who brought it out had a definite attitude and didn't even respond when I thanked her. I have eaten at other McAlisters that were very good. This place is a disgrace. read more

The door says that they require you to wear a mask, and it's dine in. None of the workers, or cooks had masks. Nor did they have hairnets while having long dreads, and hair hanging. Definitely don't go here during COVID!! read more

The spuds are the only reason this isn't a one star review. The Rubin sandwich that is advertised for $9.40 in the "BIG AND BOLD" section on their web site is literally a 6 inch rye sandwich with a couple pieces of Oscar Myer style lunch meat and cheese with thousand island dressing, I guess sour kraut is in high demand during this pandemic because it wasn't anywhere on this sandwich. The quality of the box that this item was packed into is probably why this poor excuse for a deli sandwich costs as much as a medium pizza. read more

Friendly but there is a lack of management. Did not get or drinks until after we got or food and we had to ask for them. Soup came with no spoon. Did not get dipping sauce with potato. This is the worst McAlister's I've ever been to. They didn't give us all of our food, then we had to ask for it all multiple times. When my son finally got his sandwich it was thrown together so sloppily he couldn't even pick it up. They tried to blame it on a new cashier that didn't even ring us up. Today was my first visit. I got the Savannah chopped salad, husband got the grilled chicken salad. Both were absolutely delicious & huge. The service was good tho I think they could have benefited with having a second register open. It was busy as it was lunch time & only 1 register going. The place was very clean and the employees were very attentive and friendly. We took my toddler son and everyone was very sweet and patient with him! Ordered lunch from here today and it was disgusting! Our avocado on the sandwiches were mushy and brown. The broccoli & cheese soup was not fresh and had a dark brown color to it. They also forgot to include jalapeños with my nachos and pickles with my sandwiches. read more

My wife and I just had dinner at McAlister's; I had a New Yorker with mac & cheese for $9.99 and it was great! This sandwich would cost $20.45 and the mac & cheese $6.45 at Katz Deli in New York, and I know being from NY. The employees could not have been more courteous and friendly so we plan on being regulars. read more
