It's been awhile since we have been to a Bojangles. Stopped in for some breakfast on our way to Richmond. The inside was clean and the service was good. Everything tasted great, we especially enjoyed the sweet tea. The prices were fair for what we got. We would eat here again.

The service was super friendly and helpful today! I got the 2 piece meal and it satisfied my fried chicken craving. The chicken is juicy and really flavorful. I got the Bo Berry biscuit and damn there tasty! There's not a close enough location for me to frequent but this one was a nice treat. I'll be back again when I'm in the area!

First time for us to ever go to a Bojangles. While visiting family, our daughter in law suggested a quick stop and chose this location. I was pleasantly surprised. Much better than I had anticipated and glad we stopped. The service people were very nice and efficient. The inside looked cleaned and cared for. We had breakfast sandwiches and the cutest little hash brown fried potatoes. We will stop again when traveling since we don't have any of these restaurants locally.

Usually, Bojangle's is one of my favorite fast food stops. I couldn't wait to share the obsession with my friend who had never tried the chain before. Unfortunately, this location's product fell dramatically short. While the store itself is shiny and new -- and the staff members were really sweet, I couldn't actually bite into the fried chicken sandwich. It was like attempting to bite into a piece of rubber. It was also mostly breading without chicken too. If we weren't driving up 95 by the time I noticed as much, I would've requested a replacement sandwich. Safe to say mine got tossed after I gave up on chewing it. Meh. My love for Bojangle's remains the same, but I'll probably inspect my sandwiches in the future to ensure they're actually edible.

Hmm the woman that took our order was super rude and rushed us. The place is clean, but that's beside the point. I ordered a 3pc chicken tenders and they gave me the most skinny piece that was ready in literally 2 seconds. Like where did they pull this out of. I just went to ask if I could change it and she just says " that's the size " and does nothing about it. No money back no nothing. These disgusting people shouldn't be hired she could've helped in some way, but my bad for asking.

Hah, alas closer Bo! Keep closer only 50-something miles more to go -North!!! This one though seems the chicken breading is a little ticker than usual so somewhat ruins the Bo taste...Still, happy that drive is now only an hour (settling over farther South like in NC!) Thanks but please ease up on the flour!

As a longtime Cookout fan who first discovered the chain during late night college runs in North Carolina, I always make a point to stop by whenever I'm near one of their northernmost locations in Fredericksburg, VA. Over the years, Cookout has come a long way from the plain white Styrofoam trays to the new branded paper boxes with vent holes, which do a great job of keeping fried foods crispy and fresh. I've dined inside this location about half a dozen times and have always had a great experience. The restaurant is consistently clean, the staff are friendly, and service is quick. My go to order is the Cookout Tray with a big double burger prepared Cookout Style, which means Carolina chili, slaw, cheese, and raw onions. I usually get fries and onion rings as my sides. Even though the tray used to be $3.99 back in my college days, the current price of $6.99 still feels like a great value considering the portion size and quality. On my most recent visit, I was extra hungry and decided to try a second mini tray for $5.99. I went with two corndogs as the main and added cheese bites and hush puppies as sides, plus a Snickers milkshake to top it off. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how I remember it. The milkshake was thick and creamy, just the way it should be, and I was absolutely stuffed by the end. Cookout's big double burgers, whether you get them Cookout Style or Cheddar Style with grilled onions, cheese sauce, and bacon, are easily some of the best fast food burgers for the price. Between the generous portions, variety of options, and late night hours (many locations stay open until 3 a.m.), Cookout continues to deliver on both taste and value. Overall, this Fredericksburg location has never disappointed me and remains one of my favorite stops when I'm craving a classic Cookout meal. Five stars all around for great food, friendly service, and consistent quality.

I went inside to place my order and it wasn't busy so there no line. Inside was clean and orderly. I ordered a bbq tray with a corn dog and walking taco with jalapeños as my sides and a Cheerwine to drink. The menagerie of menu items is impressive and the fact that corn dogs and walking tacos are offered as sides is amazing on so many levels! (The walking taco is not listed on the online menu but they do have it!) I always order the bbq sandwich with bbq sauce on the side and in addition to the hot sauce and coleslaw it normally comes with. My meal today was nothing short of delicious as per usual and I left for my drive home happy and satisfied with my experience.

Whoever was on the register (a young man) stood out. They treated us very well. Others made sure to address us on the way out and say goodbye. The restaurant was clean and the food was really good. My kids generally eat very healthy and normally hate chicken tenders. They won't eat frozen chicken tenders at all because they are usually overly breaded and just kinda gross. These are NOT that. I had a leftover tender from my daughter and it was sooo good. The kids loved them and my son was impressed. There stood a cheerful young lady with a tablet beside the speaker box, hustling orders with the urgency of an air traffic controller at Reagan National. Now I will give them this -- they move people through faster than a tax refund disappears in Washington. I ordered three chicken finger baskets and repeated "unsweetened tea" enough times that it should have become part of the permanent record. Reconfirmed it at the second window too. We were in and out in four minutes flat, carrying enough Styrofoam and paper sacks to feed a Little League team. Six minutes later at home, the first sip of tea hit like liquified hummingbird feeder. That "unsweetened" tea had enough sugar in it to put the city of Fredericksburg on insulin monitoring. Somewhere in that kitchen a man clearly believes every Southerner measures tea sweetness by whether the spoon can stand upright in the cup. Then came the fries. Lord help us. These were pale, limp crinkle fries that looked less "fresh fried" and more "recently thawed beside a space heater." Not a hint of crispness. No golden-brown glory. Just soft potato strips lying in the tray like they had accepted defeat long before reaching the fryer. The chicken itself? Tiny little one-inch strips hiding under enough crunchy batter to qualify as exterior siding. Crispy, yes. Generous, no. More breading than bird. The Texas toast arrived soggy enough to make you wonder if it had been steamed instead of toasted. Calling that "Texas toast" is an insult to a state that once fought a war over standards. The lone survivor in this culinary rodeo was the sauce. That special sauce is carrying the entire franchise on its back like a weary mule climbing Pike's Peak. I finally asked my grandson if he had eaten there before. He admitted he had not. He'd simply been told it was great and figured nobody could really mess up chicken fingers and fries. Well. Humanity continues to innovate. Strike Raising Cane's from the regular rotation unless it is 2:00 in the morning, every other restaurant in Virginia is dark, and your soul is screaming for fried chicken through the fog of poor decisions.

I reapplied the app and ordered. Was notified the food would be ready in 30 minutes. Showed up and the drive thru line went around the building. I chose to go inside to an absolute shit show. Only 3 people working the front of the house. Two of the workers were slow and lazy. Probably because the old supervisor constantly pointed out their issues in front of everyone. It took thirty extra minutes to get my food which was prepaid so I couldn't leave. When it came, part of the order had been given to another customer so it had to be redone...... I felt for the drive thru. They forgot one customers French toast and had to recook it. They left that vehicle in the window inconveniencing the entire line. On a positive the food was ok, but not worth this nightmare. Needless to say, the app is again off my phone.

Service was decent. The lobby was clean and looked fine. I don't know why Hardee's restaurants keep those old smoking rooms, when they should use the space for a kid's play area or something. Also, the space being taken up by the lobby/dining room seems wasteful, compared to how these restaurants are rarely more than half full. One last thing.... There were two sets of soda fountains... One didn't have ice, but had working soda fountain. The other had ice, but no soda fountain that worked.... Odd! I'll return, we usually do.
