zero stars for this location!!!!! Waiting 30 minutes for two Cajun filet biscuits and then had to drive around and try to get our money back because they never came out with our food! You have to drive around to get your money back cause you can't just come in! This is the second time I have this place a chance! AWFUL DO NOT EAT HERE!!

RAW Chicken supremes. DO NOT EAT HERE!

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! I was given RAW chicken supremes on my last visit. I was disgusted and concerned about food poisoning the remainder of the day. They did apologize and refund my money however, I will never eat at another Bojangles again!

We'll this was about the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. Actually have been a long time loyal customer of Bojangles. Eating at different locations from Florida to Illinois. Yes.. they have one in Illinois. Most of the time they are really good, and sometimes outstanding. This wasn't the case yesterday. After politely telling the employees that my wife's steak biscuit was dry and overcooked, and my sausage egg and cheese wasn't up to their usual standards, they looked at me as if I had lost my mind. I was stunned when they were so rude and confrontational. Finally the manager asked if I wanted a refund. At this point I said yes, just give me my money back. That's all I said. Then the next thing I know she is threatening me and actually picks up the biscuits and throws them at me like a Major League Baseball player. Actually hitting me in the head and the bag of biscuits all over my brand new car. Thank goodness my wife and son were not in the car when this happened. I doubt this was her first time. Looks like this must be a regular thing at fast food restaurants now. Saw a video at a different Bojangles restaurant where an employee threw a drink at someone's car in the drive through. Again...thank goodness that didn't happen either. I'd highly recommend you stop going to drive through restaurants anymore. Certainly not this one. I have no interest in prosecuting their employees or Bojangles, however I think the push to get people out of their jobs that don't like them should be enforced more. I don't need them. I can certainly go somewhere else where I'm not treated like a dog. I've never been so insulted and upset at a fast food restaurant in my life. Shameful

Ms. T takes care of me just about every other morning! This place drastically improved over the past year or so.

The hostess and our waitress were both very welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout the visit. Our appetizers and drinks came out pretty quickly, which definitely started the meal off on a positive note. However, the entrees were a little underwhelming. We ordered the "award-winning" prime rib, but unfortunately it arrived lukewarm. We also tried the shrimp and flounder platter. The shrimp were actually really good, but the flounder lacked seasoning, and the overall plate temperature was lukewarm as well. While the food didn't completely wow us this visit, the service and atmosphere were pleasant enough that I'd still come back to try different menu items in the future. Overall, I'd say it was an okay, decent experience.

As we perused the menu, we waited sometime for our server, whom was also tending to the patrons at the bar along with tables. I'm assuming because it was just before noon they were not yet fully staffed. We proceeded with our orders. I opted for the blackened chicken Alfredo with a caesar salad and a sweet tea. To be honest I was not impressed by the service or the food. While the salad was fresh and the warm honey butter croissants were well received. The blackened chicken Alfredo was bland and required me to add a great deal of black pepper, hot sauce and parmesan cheese to make it palatable. Additionally at the table there was an order of a 1/2 rack of ribs and a 14oz prime rib both with loaded mash. The rib recipient was as equally unimpressed as I was. However, the prime rib seemed to be enjoyed. Unfortunately, this was such an unmemorable dining experience for me that I didn't take any photos of the food. Just A Note: The warm honey butter croissants and the sweet tea were the high points of the meal.

We were instructed to seat ourselves, and was greeted immediately by our server. It's not huge inside but there is plenty of seating along with bar seating as well. We ordered so much! For starters we ordered the Cucumbers with garlic sauce which were so good, the cabbage which was packed with so much flavor, and the spring rolls which I didn't get a chance to try but my mom loved them. We also got an order of the Pan Fried Vegetable buns which were so pillowy soft, and scallion pancakes which were so good. The scallion pancakes were more crispy than what I'm used to and I would have preferred more scallions, but the flavor was still really good. For our course we ordered the Noodles in scallion oil with vegetables and the Sesame pasta noodles with vegetables. Everything was delicious and you get really nice portions. Our server was so nice and checked in us frequently. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and glad we got a chance to try it out. We'll definitely be back for more!

I did not have a bad bite here. The restaurant is also relaxing to sit in and the food comes out fast. Making for a great combination of good food and service. I highly recommend checking this spot out!

First time Friday lunch 3/20/26…read more My youngest son suggested lunch here. Arrived around 11:30am and glad we did. When we left the line to pay was out the door. Paid right away, I think it's around $15 which includes all you can eat, dessert and drink. Cashier automatically gave me a senior discount. Excellent pulled pork BBQ, in 3 or 4 different styles/ flavors. My favorite was the smoked whole hog where you pull off what you want. Everything was fresh and delicious. Top of the line all you can eat BBQ for South Carolina and I can't think of any BBQ that beats the price. Plenty of seating and it was not too loud. We were able to carry on great conversation. Highly recommend. Sign out front said they have been serving BBQ for over 60 years.

It's not fancy, and that's part of the charm. The BBQ is incredible, the fried chicken is perfection, the ribs don't miss, and the buffet is stacked with comfort-food goodness. I'm not usually a buffet girl, but this is the exception every single time. I usually end up with a whole plate just for sides because how do you choose between sweet candied yams, fried okra, collard greens, and mac & cheese? (Spoiler: you don't. You get them all.) And whatever you do, save room for the chocolate peanut butter delight. I don't know what magic they put in that dessert, but it's the perfect sweet ending to an already amazing meal. If you're in the Columbia area, do yourself a favor and add Little Pigs BBQ to your must-try list.
