Even though there's a dining room, everything was packaged to go. We ate in and were offered plastic utensils and had to go back and beg for one claw cracker for the table - four of us were having crab. The staff was friendly and helpful, the fried okra was delicious! Crab was tasty and the sauce was great. The shrimp was hit and miss - some were delicious and others were cold and rubbery.

The seafood here is delicious. We ordered the shrimp platter, that came with hush puppies and fries and the bream and shrimp platter that also came with fries and hush puppies. Everything was seasoned, flavorful and the portions were enough that i could not eat it all. We were greeted warmly and the staff was polite and friendly. The place was extremely clean and had plenty of seats. Mr. Seafood was a great place for some really amazing seafood and is definitely worth a visit and a revisit.

We have visited the Mr. Seafood off of Two Notch and are thrilled we have one on this side of town now! My husband and I were in the mood for fried fish. We went in about 10 minutes after they opened and about four people had already ordered. The young lady at the counter took our order. She was very nice and made sure we knew about the different options for lemonade. I got the pina colada lemonade. I got the fried whiting and my husband got the fried flounder. This is the way fix is supposed to be fried! The breading wasn't thick and it had a good crisp on it. They are definitely going to be our spot for fried fish. I forgot to take pictures of the food! We did do carry out. Our wait was around 15 minutes, but our food was good and hot, fresh out the grease! The inside was very clean and welcoming. We will be back for the seafood boil. I'll update the review then.

I ordered the fried lobster tail to go. Needless to say it didn't even make it to the house. It was fried perfect, seasoned well, and fresh from out the grease. It was amazing. I will definitely return to try different menu items

    Kyles Special! Delicious!

This place is just wonderful! I've read reviews from many but had to try for myself. All I can say is..DELICIOUS-NESS! The service was quick and kind. They made you feel welcome and didn't rush us first-timers. The atmosphere is very laid back. Please wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty because you will get dirty! The food is juicy and so good it'll make your tongue slap your teeth out'cha mouth! Want good seafood...go here!

The decor is your typical seafood boil decor. I loved the fish hanging from the ceilings. Our server was Jody and she alone deserves 5 stars. She was so amazing and took great care of us. If we come back I will request her each time. The Food: we had a big group so everyone ordered a variety of things. I opted for a few things off the appetizer menu. I ordered the Fried Scallops which came with 6 scallops, the Hushpuppies which came with 10 hushpuppies and a cinnamon butter dip, and lastly I ordered the the Fried Shrimp which came with 10 shrimps and cocktail sauce. Everything was pretty good. The scallops were my least favorite, I was not a fan of the chewiness, but dipped in some tartar sauce they were not that bad. I also did not like the small portion of scallops for the price. The hushpuppies were amazing! They had a delicious taste and also had chunks of corn in it which I loved. The corn wasn't too chunky and blended perfectly with the breading. The cinnamon butter dip that came with it added a nice sweet touch but I honestly preferred them by itself. The shrimp were nice and chunky and battered to perfection. I would say the shrimp did lack flavor on the breading, but I ordered a side of Cajun sauce and mixed it with the tartar sauce and that really elevated the shrimp. Everyone else really enjoyed their food. Some people ordered seafood bags and were very pleased with their portions and taste. We even had a birthday cake that Jody was so gracious to store for us until it was time to eat it. Very glad I got a chance to try out Yummi Crab, we will definitely be back when we are craving seafood or Jody's great customer service.

Hubby order the flounder (which was plentiful) and the onion rings had a nice crunch. The seafood boil (I got lobster, mussels, shrimp, and crawfish) with Yummi Special Seasoning with no spice. I found out that the "spice" is the flavor! Our server brought me the medium spice to add to my bag and it brought flavor profile up big time! Medium was not spicy at all. I recommend adding a spice level to avoid a bland bag. The oysters were also very good. The atmosphere was inviting, and restrooms were clean. We'll definitely be back!

I was the third party member going in blind because while my dinning companions suggested Bluefin, if I'm honest they were not doing a good job selling it, with their mixed reviews. We arrived @ 7pm on a Saturday. Upon arrival we were asked if we had reservations, which we did not. We were seated immediately because oddly enough the place was not busy. As we perused the menu, we noticed the amount of time that had elapsed without being approached or attended to. As we continued to wait, I immediately thought this is a bad sign. Finally we got a waitress and placed our orders. For starters we ordered: -BLUEFIN CRAB DIP: Lemon Breadcrumbs and Toasted Baguette -CRAB CAKES: Sweet Corn, Black Eyed Peas, Tomatoes, Leeks, Whole Grain Mustard Butter -PRINCE EDWARD MUSSELS: Garlic, White Wine, Herbs, Leeks, Tomatoes, Lemon Butter All were good. Even though I ordered it, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the combination of the sweet corn and black eyed peas of the Crab Cake dish. The Mussels were good and the Crab Dip was ok. For an entrée I went with the PAN SEARED BLACK BASS (BARRAMUNDI) with Fried Brussel Sprouts, Shrimp Fried Rice, and Ginger Soy Vinaigrette. This dish was great! Both my sister and I ordered this and we could not stop raving about it. She was little salty that I had some left for a doggy bag , albeit a small amount, and she finished all of hers. Lol Overall the experience started off shaky but the food was good. Just A Note: The service left much to be desired but the dish I had was memorable.

The guys all had different things. The General Tso's chicken was deemed good, lots of items to choose from. I tried the chicken wings (just so-so), but nothing to write home about. I also tried some type of meat that looked good (almost like a beef stew) but it was ice cold. Terrible. Sample the fried fish filets and they were good. A bunch of us tried various sushi rolls and found them good, along with clams and mussels. There was something for everyone. The dessert had some vanilla pudding ( I think the guys thought it was a banana pudding), and to me it just looked like plain vanilla pudding with some wafers on the side. I passed on that. I really don't like the seafood in a bag concept to begin with. It cheapens what should be a good experience to serve . Microplastics are the best thing since MSG according to most crab in a bag restaurants, they really add a certain umami to the dish what with the polyethylene and oil and natural gas derivatives... Sorry, I got off track... The bag came with two clusters, two potatoes that honestly seemed like they had been mashed and then reconstituted in a skin, and a half ear of soggy corn. The crab, if I can call it such, was pretty lackluster. Normally when one breaks a crab leg, there is a subtle dance of can I get the meat out in one piece? In this instance, every leg, and pincher I broke open was mush that would not pull out of the shell. I tried their gloves, only to realize what little meat I could force out with my fingers ended up on the table or the floor. After taking the gloves off, I found it slightly less difficult to ream my finger in a split shell and get the mush out. I love crab legs when prepared well.
