Wingstop is usually in my top 5 of places to purchase wings. However, I was a little disappointed in my latest order. My Louisiana rub boneless were over salty. Almost to the point where I could not enjoy them. I ordered via Uber eats and the temperature of my order was still pleasant. It's my first time going into a wing stop, so I didn't really know what I was going to get. So I googled what I was going to get, and I ordered a 'chicken sandwich combo' which includes fries. The fries tasted good, but the sandwich wasn't that good and since it was my first time there, I didn't know the sauce was going to be on the chicken part. I have to admit this Wingstop is extremely busy, probably because we placed an order about 6pm online and left 15minutes after placing our order, the app says it should be ready in 20mins, not a problem. I arrived to the restaurant let the cashier at the register know I'm here to wait for my order and sat down, expecting maybe 10-15minute more of a wait. The restaurant has quite a few guests all waiting for orders, and more people keep coming to pick up orders, and delivery orders. It's good to see the amount of people placing orders and the number of kitchen staff to try and keep up with the demand. About 30 minutes in I go back up to the register to ask the status on my order and they said my order is finally up on their tickets, I sat for another 15 minutes. In total it took about an hour from sitting at the restaurant for an order that quoted me a 15-20minute pick up window. I don't mind managing my expectation but please quote more realistic wait times, so I know if I'm willing to wait for that amount of time to get an individual order of 6 wings. I think this establishment's crowd does speak to the quality of the business, they're constantly turning over inventory to make orders on the spot, which is appreciated, I'll have to choose a better time to order when perhaps they're not busy? Based on my wait it seems like they may be a bit slower than what I would expect from Wingstop's at other locations I've had in the past. read more

I ordered Full Court Flavor Feast Classic ( bone- in). $34.99 from the Percival Rd. location. However when I got home ( I live 30 minutes away from this location) I discovered they had given me the lesser price feast $23.99. I immediately called the restaurant n was informed by an employee that I would receive a refund. well that has not happened and no one will answer phone at this location. Customer service was straight up terrible. Had two people working, a guy and a girl. The girl was constantly walking in and out of the building doing god knows what. Meanwhile, everytime she would walk out the guy would yell random shit like "mama should've swallowed you when she had you" and miscellaneous things about "taking someone in a fight." While all this is happening, customers are going in and out and being ignored. It's been 30 minutes and no sight of our food. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. The wings themselves were very good. Everything else about my experience was subpar, frustrating, annoying and finally, really overpriced. The biggest "thumbs down" was the fact that you could ONLY order online, instead of doing it while literally standing across the counter from an employee. The place also reeked of weed smoke. The online web page interface sucked- because you could not order only the things that you wanted, but instead had to accept a combo that had extras that I didn't want. The web portal also asks for a tip. TIPS ARE FOR GOOD PERSONAL SERVICE, WHICH YOU DONT KNOW ON THE FRONT SIDE OF AN ONLINE ORDER IF YOU ARE GOING TO RECEIVE OR NOT. Tipping should be a post-order transaction, like with Uber. So to sum it all up I paid a total of 63 bucks for 30 wings, fries, and two drinks, which in this market is ridiculous. The so called manager on duty Millenia was very disrespectful i waited 50 mins for a 20pcs and fries only orders they were worried about was door dash even when the person to pick them up was not even there yet wasnt verifying tickets so a little boy ended up getting a free order by lying and not the customers inside the restaurant waited almost a hour. I went here yesterday for lunch. They are offering to go pickup and online ordering. You can order inside and they will bring your order out to you which is great. I didn't really like the wings. They were fried a bit hard for my liking. I ordered the 8 piece with half lemon pepper and the other half hot. I only ate about 4. The voodoo fries (topped with ranch and cheese sauce) were REALLY good. They were hot and fresh and I loved the seasoning in them as well! I highly recommend these. read more

I went in right at the time my order was supposed to be ready and they were placing my order on the counter for me to pick up at the same time. I've had wingstop before but this is definitely a better location. We got the 8 bone in combo and 10 boneless combo for around $25 total. My boneless wings weren't overcooked at all. The plain boneless were great. I like the garlic Parmesan but the problem is they put it on as soon as the chicken comes out so it's covered in grease. I understand that's how they make it stick but that pile of grease isn't appetizing. Got the fries well done without seasoning. Cooked to perfection. Not soggy at all. The bone one wings were crispy and not fatty. Would've liked my ranch filled to the top because it was lacking on the volume. For the price and how much food you get, you're going to need another ranch. The young man bringing food out on 9/5/20 around the 5pm timeframe was very nice and pleasant. Came here cause I wanted some wings and well I wanted something better than gas station wings, well so I thought..... went online and ordered 3, 8 piece bone in 1 Hawaiian 2 mild and 1 boneless 8 piece lemon pepper all with fries. I first notice my brown paper bag seemed to be changing colors I chalked it up to the hot food and the grease which is expected to some degree. As I opened the bag on the fold there was lard as I call it a glob of cold grease, this wasn't really an issue either until I opened my food my fries were like wet pool noodles, and bland although the bland was my fault due to not ordering seasoned fries I'll own up to that!! Ok now on to the wings the bone in wings weren't to bad the Hawaiian was good the mild was a little plain but it's the luck of the draw! Ok so the lemon pepper dry wings weren't dry In fact I think when they were redrizzling them with oil the lid fell off and they were drenched! I'm not sure why there's so many bad reviews but after months living near here I decided to give it a go, maybe management changed? Either way it was quick, chicken was cooked well and all the food was still hot as hell when I got home. It was clean and I was greeted when I walked in. It was another successful wing stop for me! As Another reviewer said, this place has potential. It is new, clean, has TVs, etc.. However, there are a limited amount of flavors. I would expect a wing place to have a larger variety of flavors, since that's all they really have. The restaurant is fairly small. We went at 9:30pm on Thursday and it was packed. We were lucky to get a table. I think I'll get my order to go next time. If you go, I recommend the Louisiana Rub. It's one of the most popular, and I think the best flavor they have.
