An extremely disappointing experience. I ordered wings online on a a Thursday night. I picked them up in store, and when I returned home, the wings were extremely small, and very tough. I drove back to the restaurant to return them, and the associates who were there refused to do anything else besides let me know that because my order was placed online, nothing could be done about the order until a manager arrived the next day. So I left again...no refund, no order replacement, no restaurant credit/gift card. Extremely disappointed in this experience, and I will not return. The workers were to busy making order for their friends who weren't even paying for the food and put my order in the back of the line. I had to wait in the car an extra 15 mins with my 4 daughter who pissed on herself as a result of waiting in the car. I just got off work and just picked her up from daycare. Thought i would give it a try, hey I love wings. Its clean. It is a little small inside. But i had no problems finding a table. The girl that took my order was not friendly. She wasn't rude either. They have a limited amount of flavors as others has stated. I got the lemon pepper and hickory bbq. A little spicy but not bad. I got the boneless wings. The size went from pieces being the size of a dime to being the size of a quarter. Size was not consistent. They had a thick bread crust. One star was taken away due to non friendly staff. And the other star was taken away due to one if the chicken they counted as a piece at first I thought it was a crumb because it was so small. Thought I'd give it a try. I'm not a wing person at all, I much prefer boneless. The boneless wings were good, I had the hickory smoked bbq sauce, and it was a touch too spicy for my taste, but I'm super sensitive with anything even remotely spicy. The sauce selection is very limited, would expect a larger range especially from a wing place. Also don't understand why you have to pay for dipping sauce, no other place I've been to does that unless you keep asking for sauce refills repeatedly. Otherwise the restaurant is small but cute, and my boyfriend loves it. Next time I'll probably just grab something from Panera next door, but I enjoyed my first time here overall. read more

Customer service is slack in the restaurant and calling in. I was told to hold on 2 times while the girl who took the order yelled to someone else. By the time my friend who was getting the food got there it had been about 20 min since I called in the order and the people behind the counter just stood there when he asked for the order. When i finally got the food, the fries were soggy and the boneless wings I ordered were less than subpar. I mean, who messes up classic buffalo flavor and teriyaki!?!?! My husband made a order for 40 boneless wings the 21st of April after work at 4 pm. Spend $53 only to open the contain of bone in wings. No one eats bone in wings. I called and asked to speak to the manager. She told me she could do nothing for me because it wasn't on her swift and took my number. Said someone would call me in the morning. A district manager. Never received the call. I emailed them on 2 more sites. And nothing. I will never go back again. We go out to eat once a month. Every one was excited to throw it all away!! When I try a restaurant, but then find myself not going back, there's a good reason - the food sucks. Even when the service is not good, if the food is good, I'll go back. When servers are nasty, I become nasty as well, so no big deal with service. The problem here was strictly with the food. I made the mistake that since I didn't remember how the wings were on my first visit, I thought; "let me go back and try it out again." Like I said, if I don't remember how the food was, that meant that it sucked. So here I go in again after leaving the fort, all the while my gut telling me to keep on moving. I stopped anyway. The service was good. I hesitated in ordering and the guy asked me if I was a 'first timer.' I didn't tell him I'd been there before - not important enough to dwell on. Ok, long story short. I got these wings home, and I have to admit, my mouth was watering a bit. I dug in. I ordered the Mango Spicy somethin'-or-other, and the Smokey Hickory BBQ. I tried the Mango first. No taste. I took another bite hoping that there was some taste somewhere on the wing. Nothing. Just orange grease. I wound up dumping some KC Masterpiece on them and popping them in the toaster oven for a few minutes to get some taste. Then I tried the Hickory BBQ. Nothing much there either. No smoke taste whatsoever. As the side, in place of the fries, I opted for the baked beans. They tasted like they were dumped straight out of a Campbell's can of pork 'n beans from the local grocery store. They sucked too. I think they probably added a bit of onion and maybe a scoop of sugar. That's their "baked beans." I tell you one thing - this I guarantee... I cannot say enough about the Percival Road location. The wings are perfect every time. Cooked to perfection. Do not fire or sack anyone because I don't know who's responsible for accomplishing something everyone seems to have difficulty. This is a nice new little spot that has potential. The place is clean and inviting. Small place with tables to seat 4 each. Roughly 30 or so people max in the place. There are 3 or 4 flat screen TVs mounted high up. I walked in right behind a group of 3 women and we were greeted immediately. Apparently it was their first time at this place as well so the woman at the register explained the menu items and combinations to us. She was very nice and helpful. Each order is prepared fresh so there is a little wait involved so expect that. It's better than having wings already prepared in advance and heated under heating lights right!? They have Coke products (fountain drinks) NO Stupid RED Coke multi-mixing machine that water down your drink (the red Coke box that have all the Coke products in it). It's the regular old fashioned fountain drink machine. They also serve several bottle beers, foreign and domestic. As for the food... The wings are good. Nothing really special. They have combos that come in portions of 6, 8, 10, etc... with seasoned fresh cut fries or cheese fries and a drink. You can get 2 flavors with each if you want. I ordered 8 Original Hot (not hot at all to me. Think of Frank's Original Hot Sauce) and Teriyaki (all drummetts which I didn't get and should have checked before leaving the place) with regular fries and a drink to go. The wings were good but the fries were not. The fries are similar to Five Guys' but with no uniformity (sliced in multi sizes). The ranch dipping sauce was very very watery like they are trying to get more from the product by watering it down. It lacks flavor because of this. There is a $0.99 charge for extra sauces. The place is nice. Like I said it has potential. You'll have to try it for yourself. It will quench your appetite for wings but will not stand out from the crowd. read more

My husband likes this place but I always have to get something else nextdoor at Panera if that's what he wants for dinner because it's not my cup of tea. They don't have any sauce flavors I like and their boneless wings are sometimes mixed in with a chicken tender or too...almost as if they ran out of whatever they use for boneless wings and took a tender cut it in half and put sauce on it. The service is terrible. I feel as though it takes way to long for the order to be ready. They also charge a dollar for one small ranch dressing - unless you get the combo meal that comes with a drink they don't even offer you dipping sauce - you have to pay for it - which I've never experience in any wing place I've eaten at in my life. Having experienced WIngstop a lot when we lived in CA, the boneless garlic/parm is definitely my favorite. I've been to this location twice and the service is slow (much longer than the 7-8 minutes quoted). Today it took 40 minutes without any offering of a discount, coupon, or even a cookie. My son was trying to be nice and order dinner for the family he ordered the all in combo which was supposed to be 16 boneless wings six chicken tenders and a large basket of fries when it showed up I would not have fed it to my dog it was soaked in grease from top to bottom it did not even look identifiable much less like chicken I called and I asked To speak to the manager she gave me a coworker. Not only did they send out food that was so greasy you could've squeezed it and filled up several containers and it was not identifiable much less chicken and they were OK with this they took $30 from a child and was OK with this as well and then when I called back with a pleasant attitude asking for a manager and got a coworker by the time the manager got on this person did not even have the authority to help me out at all in the least I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you were trying to buy something for someone that you are severely ticked off at and you were trying to make them sick and make them mad at the same time this place was a severe disappointment and to actually receive money for this shame on you. I really hate to rate wing stop so low; however, this wing stop is horrible. I've been to this location 5 times within the last 8 weeks and each time I've been very disappointed. Today I placed my order online. I arrived to Wing stop shortly after, paid the cashier. I sat a waited patiently for 23 mins as this is the typical wait if you order here at the restaurant. I go up to the counter to ask about my order and noticed a to go order just sitting there. I asked the lady if that was a order for me and she gave me a blank I don't care look and handed me my food. Didn't say a damn word. Know one called my name or even bothered to tell me my order was ready. FYI there were only 3 people In the restaurant. My husband and I ordered 10 Cajun wings, 10 barbecue wings, a large order of cheese fries and 2 ranch dips (they charge for this ). $23 for all of this was a good price.It didn't take long for our orer to be ready and we went to pick it up. We entered the store and we're not greeted by anyone. The girl at the register just stood there and stared at us. She eventually said hi like she had no interest in helping us at all. So I told her that I placed an online order and she shoved the bag at us. The only other words she spoke were the total price of our food. We were not thanked nor told to come back. The food was warm but not hot. The wings were good but I didn't care for the extreme pepper taste of the Cajun flavor. The fries were very flavorful and I liked the cheese dip. However, the fries were not placed in a to go container and were in an open paper tray placed in the bag which made a little mess. The restaurant is not in the greatest area and I wouldn't go by myself after dark. Good thing I don't have to worry about that because we won't be back. I've visited this location at least three times in the six weeks I've had to stay on Ft Jackson. I can honestly say that I haven't been remotely pleased. Each time I said I would right a review, I didn't. However, today took the cake. I ordered online intentionally because I only had a few minutes for lunch. The online ordering system list 20 minutes as ASAP. I placed my order and with travel time put me there right at 20 minutes. I understand the need for an extra couple of minutes on a busy day, so I waited a few more. Walked inside, gave my name...."we don't have your order, are you sure you sent it to the right place?" Of course I had checked this and it's the same location I've always used. Went to retrieve my order number and oh what do you know...here's your order on the printer no one bothered to pull. So because I had already waited 20 minutes and the uncertainty about completing my now new (to them) order I would have to wait the additional 20 minutes. I went here the other evening with 3 other people after a long day of moving. From the menu alone, it looked like a decent place to get wings even though they only had maybe 10 flavors which i thought was weird for a specialized wing place. Still gave it a try.Online, on the door, and on the huge flashing neon sign outside, wing stop proclaimed they were open to midnight. We went inside at about 10:20 and ordered. Upon ordering we were asked dine in or take out and we said dine in. Then after we were seated and waiting for our food, someone else other than the original cashier came out and informed us that they closed at 11 not midnight and asked if we still wanted dine in. We said yes. She then proceeded to tell us it would "basically" be 11 by the time we got out wings (even though there were only 2 other people there who were almost finished eating) and asked if we wanted to just "scarf down" whatever we could before 11 or if we wanted her to bag it. I mean, at that point, what can you really say? I have never been to a resturant or food place in general that tried to kick me out before I even got my food. They were right though the wings took about 20 minutes which seemed ridiculous and we were all pretty angry at this point. I would talk more about the food but it honestly probably has a set taste in my mind regardless. Needless to say, I won't be coming back. If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Walked in an hour before they closed and nobody acknowledged me, mind you the reg counter is right there as you walk in. Instead a cook is leaning on the counter chatting with a friend while 2 more were standing on the cook line starring at me (one of which was the shift leader for the night). The girl who took her sweet time to walk around to take my order was very rude how she spoke. I watched the cooks stand around just talking away with no sense of urgency to get the orders out. There were no gloves used and didn't notice anyone wash their hands. HUGE ISSUE!!! So how long should it take to get an order of tenders?? Well if you're in a hurry don't come here, literally took 20 min!!! And to top it off they had no tea available for any guest and the cashier had already put up most chairs and was sweeping all around the guests in the dining room.... Does nobody have manors??? As i walked out to my car they already turned off the open sign, mind you they say they close at 11 but the signs go off at 1045? I won't be returning to this location even though it is clean and offers a nice dining atmosphere for a quick meal/snack. The wings are very bland and the fries were limp and greasy. The service is terrible. I've been twice and ordered online both times...still had to wait extra time upon arrival even though I arrived way past the suggested time. Yesterday, I paid and then I was asked twice by the person bagging the orders if I had already paid. I don't think the cashiers are rude. I just think they weren't trained on handling customer service and getting orders out at the same time. They look and act very confused and it's like they just give you a blank stare as if to say, "Huh?"
