After I finished eating tried to get a refill to have something to drink for the rest of my shift (summer time) and was told no refills would need to order a new drink. Went to Bojangles on 947 Patton Ave Asheville NC after church. Spent almost $40 on chicken for my family that was so hard and dried up wasn't fit to eat. Called and complained when I got home and realized that my chicken was bad. The manager at that time couldn't or wouldn't take the time to talk to me. So I went back to the Bojangles and the Pink hair girl was so rude. I called the police which they came but was not able to help me. Long story short. I fed the chicken to my dogs and was banned from the property with no refund. America what ever happened to customer service? They actually did me a favor. Forced me to cook a home cooked meal. Waited in drive through for 15 minutes. Ordered 2 breakfast meals and cinnamon rolls. And a diet dP and coffee. Got handed coffee and some Red Drink that was liquified sugar. Handed back was told they don't have diet dp. Got Diet Mountain Dew. Got asked to pull forward. Pulled forward and waited another 4 minutes. Got handed 2 cold Biscuits about 20 ketchups. Hot food, fast service, well seasoned fries. My brother and I both didn't care for the coffee, hence the 3 stars.

No one should ever eat at KFC again after going to Bojangles. Is it fast food? Yes, very much, but it's really good fast food. I don't know what these "one-star" people are going on about at the other locations, because I've been to 3 of these in Asheville alone and I've just been happier each time. There isn't a lot to say really. It's delicious chicken that comes with delicious sides and delicious sweet tea, and it does it for under $5 in most cases. While on the road in Hickory, NC my wife and I wanted some carryout chicken to eat in our camper. Bojangles is the local chain that isn't KFC. We like to try more local flavors when we travel so we gave it a try. It was simply delicious! The chicken is a little spicy, but not over-the-top. It put me in mind of Popeyes chicken, but it's slightly different - just a tad milder. Bojangles is a good choice of you are in an area they serve. read more

It was bad before I placed my order at the drive through, the speaker was broken, I could hear the staff laughing, while I was trying to understand what they were saying and they gave me 3 chicken strips when I paid for a 4 piece.
