Which isn't easy to navigate...no cash only credit card and won't even print recipe they want to get you phone or email address probably to sell. I was aggressively attacked by the store manager, named Trevor. I am a Doordash driver. it was an exceptionally busy Sunday night. I patiently waited in line for 40! minutes. And when I came for the 3rd time in 40 minutes to gently and politely ask about my order's status, Trevor raged in my face, said that I was "harassing him" and if I don't leave not , he would call the police! I replied, that I couldn't leave , because if I cancel my order, door dash lowers my ratings, which affects earnings. Trevor then presided yelling at the customers, that all orders are halted , because I refuse to lave. Let me clarify again: All I did is I asked very politely , calmly and respectfully, what the status of my order was. Food is fine. They didn't have some of the items on the menu. It took about 30 minutes to get through to the actual drive through speaker, and waited maybe another 5 for someone to even speak to me through the speaker. Given it was late, yet packed, the employees were probably a bit overwhelmed, so I don't blame them, but it seemed like there were only 2 people working there (both friendly). Apparently this location's idea of a cheese quesadilla is a cold tortilla with shredded cheese on it NOT even warmed up the slightest. When I walked back in to ask for a new one they tried to tell me they can't give me a new one unless I pay for it, so I opened it up and showed the lady the cold "quesadilla". I have ordered from this location probably 100 times. I think they got the order right 4 times. If they could make a taco & hold the lettuce, that would suffice. Apparently that is nearly impossible. Also, if you want a single taco remade, you'll need to retain your reciept. Otherwise, they will refuse to remake JUST ONE TACO (even if you have the taco & intend to order more food). I guess losing that dollar would put the chain under. Too bad, they could have forgone this bad review. Customer service is apparently unnecessary in fast food. This wasn't an employee mind you, this was a manager. I wear a shirt & tie as well, so he could likely surmise that I wasn't just some punk kid trying to get one over on him. But when your store is closed accept for the drive through, why is it taking 30 minutes? Why did I sit at the speaker box for a solid 5 minutes with no acknowledgement? Y'all have some work to do. Love Taco Bell - Hate this location! You will most likely not get what you are asking for if you are able to ask at all. The staff is usually busy yelling at each other. If you order a tostada here you have a good chance that the cheese and the sauce will be dumped to one side or the other as the don't seem to be able to aim well. I was visiting Biltmore Estate with my parents so we decided to fill up ourselves before walking in the biggest private home in the US. The reason we choose to stop at TB is because my father only like TB when we are on the road.. gotta make them happy right :D Anyways, so we arrived at the store and I was second one in lane. I ordered about eight different items from the menu and each one had to be customized so the guy took his time to take order for which I didn't mind at all. I would rather get the order right the first time than be quick when me giving order. I was surprised that my order was ready in just four minutes. It usually takes long time in TB but I guess staff here were trained well or maybe they somehow knew I was coming LOL I pick up my order and go to my table. I usually inspect all the items to make sure there was no meat added by mistake. So I did and all the items were made the way I ordered it YAY! I was actually surprised because my experience with TB has always been where I send me back at least one item. All the items tasted fresh. The store looked clean from the inside. They had big booth for bigger group and couple booths for lovers lol Anyways, all in all we had great experience. I've been to this location several times as I work near by. It's never too busy inside and is generally pretty clean. The food is typical Taco Bell. Service is always inconsistent. I've had my order not made and had to go back and ask for after five minutes. I ordered a steak burrito and got beans. I filled out there online firm several times, no response.
