There are such a large multitude of classes that Yoga8 offers, that I feel like i can learn something new every time I decide to come. I now attend yoga about 4 times a week. I showed up on two different occasions when that said I could try it out. The first time they told me the wrong information. The second time they told me to register on their overhead screen. No one to help, the young athletes clicking together. Not welcoming at all. Look guys, when I was young I ran 6 miles every other day averaging a 6 1/2 minute mile. That was just for fun, not training. You'll be old one day and odds are you'll never reach my level. I'm 65 and nutrition and fitness are my favorite thing. Be inclusive. You see an old person brave enough to enter the CrossFit gates, lean into that. You could really make a difference in someone's life.
