I go to the 8:30 am class three times a week. It has been the most brutally amazing experience I've ever had. I don't think it's for everyone, just like running isn't for everyone but you've got to try it out for yourself. All I can say is, that my coach has kept me from hurting myself by training me with proper form and scaling things down to my level of fitness so I can accomplish the workout and reach my goals. I am also encouraged and challenged by all the amazing people who go there. This Crossfit Box is a perfect example of why Crossfit, worldwide, is the best sport to watch and be involved in.
