It's awesome! I love the aerobics class and love to walk the track on the 3rd floor. Everyone is so nice that works there.

We decided to gift my 11 year old a membership at ZGG for her February 2021 birthday. She has been…read morea member of Cheer and went to state championships 2 years ago, and has 2 years of previous Cheer experience. Unbeknown to us, she was placed with the toddler class on three occasions, even after calling and explaining the mix up and promising to get her in the correct group, which never happened. She was humiliated and was told she did not have the "skill set" to practice with her age group. The front desk manager reprimanded my husband for calling and having a question about placing her in an age appropriate class during busy hours. But since no one answers the phone during closed hours, how would you ask a question or contact them? We drove from China Spring to Robinson for this class, so over Spring Break when we arrived to find no class and no texts, emails, calls, or any communication from the staff. They were quick however to let us know that there would be no pro rating because it was a short month from Ice storms and spring break. Again, it's no one's fault the weather was terrible and mix ups happen, but when you treat a new family so badly and then leave a little girl crying on 3 different occasions and feel no remorse or have no apology for wasting someone's time and money, that's awful. Awful management, no communication, complete waste of time and money. I do not have the front desk manager's name , but you should be able to pick her out from her unprofessional, rude, work ethic and the "been in a bar all night voice."

There is just the right balance of seriousness and fun at ZGGA -- my son has learned to work hard and to push through fatigue and pain but he also gets to be a kid and have a good time. When we go to meets, some of the kids from other Texas teams look like automatons and you can tell that they are afraid of their coaches. In contrast, the Zero Gravity boys are laughing and are clearly participating out of love for the sport. The automatons usually clean up and win all the medals, but I would rather have a child with a smile on his face than a shelf full of trophies. A very serious injury at another gym in town about a year ago really brought home the fact that gymnastics is a potentially dangerous sport. I really appreciate the fact that ZGGA adheres to the strictest safety standards with regard to equipment, staff training, and supervision. Highly recommended.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experiences at this water park. I have now visited twice, and…read moreboth times the water park attractions were closed. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I specifically called ahead before each visit and was assured that the water park would be open regardless of the circumstances. Based on that information, I made the decision to go -- only to arrive and find the main attractions closed. Considering how expensive admission is, this is unacceptable. The water park is clearly the main reason people visit, and without it there is very little else to do. Paying such a high price for a park where the primary attractions are unavailable feels misleading and like a waste of time and money. If the water park cannot reliably stay open, visitors should be informed honestly before they arrive. Accurate information would allow families to make better decisions instead of spending money on an experience that does not match what was promised. After two disappointing visits, I would have a hard time recommending this park to anyone unless they improve their communication and ensure the water attractions are actually open when they say they are.
